BACKGROUND
7/08/25 Sister indicated he lost eyesight four years ago,
being treated by several specialists without results.
REPORTS
9/27/25 Sister's letter: "My brother [
20] has finished
using the treatments for his eyes, as you had instructed him
to use. He tells me there has been no change whatever for
his sight, and no relief for the wild hairs which he is
troubled with much. I was in great hopes that the potato
poultice and the liquids which you prescribed for his eyes
would cure the granulated lids which he suffers with very
much, and that the wild hairs if killed would improve his
sight."
