EC: On November 10th, 1883, this body [
84] was hurt at the
second lumbar which caused an abrasion, which since has given
the body trouble all the time, and we have a condition where
the body, in going about to adjust itself to carry normal
circulation, rebuilding and nerve force, has set up a union
within themselves around this portion of the body. Hence, we
will never have a normal body again, that is normal in
itself, though the body can be brought to better status than
now.
The attributing forces to those that have been given to the
body have set up seat through the digestive tract in the
stomach, that is the things that have been taken to allay
the pain - narcotics - they have produced in themselves that
which cannot be alleviated save by the cravings. Hence two
conditions in the body to combat with.
The treatment that has been given has been of assistance to
this body but has not been able to take away this craving,
neither able to alleviate conditions in the lower part of
the body.
To go about the way to relieve these troubles, that is to
assist the body to take care of itself, should be through
the manipulation as it has been given, by Chiropractic
instead of Osteopathic. Then we give the electrical
treatment to the whole body more especially along the spine.
The electrical treatment by static machine [GD's note:
Early short wave?] we have here, 14 amp, 130 cycles, 1956
vibrations to the cycle.

there is the notation, in my handwriting, that she is
deceased. I think Edgar Cayce must have told me this when we
were going over the old records in the late thirties. Though
there was no correspondence to verify it, I'm sure he told me
he had heard this, else I would not have made the notation.
