GC: You will have before you the manifestation received by
[
137] between 5:30 and 6:30 o'clock in the evening, Saturday,
December 20, 1924, while in the psychic condition, at his
home, ..., New York City, which manifestation was as follows:
EC: (Without waiting for her to continue)
[Record of [
137]'s dream, made by his brother, [
900], not
read but which EC interpreted]
An aeroplane rose in the sky trying for height, and for
height only. Aeroplane came to a sudden and disastrous stop.
Starts its sudden crash for the earth, leaving a wake of
flame from fire. Plane seemed to be in vicinity of Mt.
Washington, a light mountain in the White Mountain Range.
Did not see plane land, but outstanding features were:
1. Height of plane. 2. Sudden stop and downward rush.
3. Wake of flame from burning plane. You will interpret this
manifestation telling what it was intended the body [
137]
was to understand from this vision, lesson he should take
from it, and how he should act to follow the meaning so as to
stay in the narrow and righteous way.
EC: This, we find, is the emblematical condition as was
given to Ezekial, as found in last half of first and second
chapters, as called. This, we see, pertains to the mental of
the individual body [
137]. And the altitude, or heights, in
the place, we find showing the place where there might be the
giving of popularity through such manifestation. The sudden
descent and the blaze of fire is of the destruction that it
would bring to self, if the popularity were the thought in
mind, and in expression to the populace or peoples. This,
then, is as the warning that would come to the one who would
attain great heights in the psychic forces as obtained
through such manifestation.
This, also, we find, is rather the projection of conditions
to arise in mental forces that will be exhibited in the days
to come.
Only, then, keep that injunction. Follow in that straight
and narrow way that leads to the understanding of the mission
of manifestations through soul and spirit forces, as
manifested in self.
Be not overcome, but overcome evil with good.
