1. [900]: You will have before you the body of [137], present in this room, and the enquiring mind of this body. You will also have before you all the readings, or all the information that has come from the Universal Forces to the body, [137], through the body, Edgar Cayce, including information on horoscope, on physical, mental and spiritual. You will now answer questions as I ask them on all of these readings on this given information, in a manner understand able to the mind of [137].
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, and the enquiring mind of [137], and the information as given through the Universal Forces, and through the body, Edgar Cayce. The information as has been given should have been applied more individually in the life and the mind of the body, David [GD's note: [137]'s middle name was David and was not used in the suggestion for obtaining the reading, yet in the above instance and invariably when getting a reading of spiritual significance, EC in the reading would refer to [137] as David instead of the first given name by which he was commonly called.] [137], for as has been given, there is given to this body, in this present sphere, that ability to apply through self, and self's mentality, those projections of the Universal Forces, that may be applied in the daily life of this entity, to the building of self in every manner and way, giving good unto all who may contact this entity. This must be applied with that faith in self, and the spiritual indwelling of the Giver of all good and perfect Gifts. The entity, in its development in this plane, has manifested in this present earth plane that meriting the development of this force made manifest in self, but through will must make application. 3. (Q) How has the body not applied himself, so as to bring about the results as have just been given?
   (A) In the lack of the faith in self. Faith, that evidence of that which manifests in the inner self, through the subconscious knowledge of those correlated conditions between the conscious and subconscious, acted upon by the superconscious. The application must be made through the self, and can only be understood by that indwelling answer from within the entity. This can be applied. Apply same.
4. (Q) Give names, relationships and influences existing between this body, [137], and those with whom he was associated in past experiences on earth's plane, and with whom he is now associated on the same plane.
   (A) In this, we find many, many, many, with whom he has been, and is, associated with, wherein there was association in other planes in earth plane. The present close association in those of the same relation as existed in the rebuilding in Holy City. In the relations of others, now close associated, in the days when the man of Galilee walked in that land. These we find close in the same relations as then. Names: In Ezekiel's time, we find in that of Iriel. In that of Jude's time, that of Andrew. In the present time, we find in that of [140]. In the other, that of [341].
   In other relations, we find many in the close relation to those with whom the entity in earth planes has been associated. These we have co-related.
5. (Q) It is given in the horoscope reading, the entity's first appearance on earth was when the Sons of God came together to reason in the elements as to the appearance of man in physical on earth's plane. Explain what is meant by the Sons of God and how they came to reason about man's appearance on earth.
   (A) In the evolution of those conditions relating to the development upon earth's plane, and the time came for the dwelling of man in physical forces, the Sons of God came together. As is given, in the beginning was the Word, and the Word WAS God. The same was in the beginning. All those forces that, co-related, make the Universal Forces in the spheres about the earth were brought together, as in one. This entity, in its present earth plane, one among that sphere, and able in the present sphere (earth plane) to co-relate through that Divine in the entity to manifest such conditions in an earth plane. As this force, then, became manifested in the earth's forces (material forces), this entity became one manifest in the flesh, presently known in flesh as [137]. These conditions, as we find, come with those relative forces of the spirit manifest in the spirit.
6. (Q) As given in the horoscope reading, there is the undue influence by the moon's forces when square to Saturn and Mars brings doubts within the body's mental forces. Tell us, please, when this last occurred, and how it manifested, and tell us, please, when it will happen again, and what definite condition the entity should beware of at that time.
   (A) These conditions, as we see, are of the earth's relation to the refuse forces as are cast unto Saturn, and the Lunar forces of earth's relation, that has to do with the forces, particularly, of the night shade conditions, which bear more on the mental than in destructive forces, meaning night shade. With Saturn's forces, then, may be the elements of the spiritual, or mental, or material forces. Hence the doubt through which the body enters in the material plane, the mental plane, the spiritual plane, manifested in earth's plane. These, we find, occurred first when this given in that of the 9th of December, 1924, and the relation then was with self and those associated closest to self. In the next, we find will occur for one week, during that of August 13, 1925 [See 137-18 on 7/24/25 expanding on this]. The relations then may be made according to the will of the entity. Hence the injunction for the body to, through the mental and the spiritual forces, receive and apply those projections of the Universal Forces to self to overcome doubt of every nature.
7. (Q) As given in the horoscope, there were so many influences in the house of birth that the body partakes of those influences that were experienced in other spheres and planes. What is meant by influences in the house of birth? Explain house of birth, as given in this reading. Explain what is meant by body partakes of those influences that were experienced in other spheres, and tell us what those experiences were.
   (A) The influences, as is given in this, pertains to those conditions through which the entity passed from one condition to another, after manifesting in the earth's plane, each becoming such a part of the entity as to, through the conscious and subconscious, and superconscious, at times become a portion, a spark, a knowledge, within self in the present earth plane of such an existence as has been manifest in the entity when in the subconscious condition in the earth's plane, all becoming a condition of those experiences, through the conditions experienced in other planes other than earth plane.
   In the house of birth, many of those conditions coming in the relation from which the entity took its flight, or its sojourn, or its element of directing force - Mercury. This we see applying to the mental abilities of the entity in the earth's plane, and MUST be manifest through the mental forces of the entity to a material plane. That entity may make each at present a portion of self.
