(Ck. Physical Suggestion given for [140], [137], [143])

EC: Yes, we have the bodies, [143], [140], and [137]. These, we have had before. In the physical conditions of the body, [143], these we find are somewhat changed from that as we have had here before. The conditions physical, however, are in many ways better from that as we have had and there would not be many changes as would be given for the present physical conditions, to be improved. [See 143-10.]
In the physical forces of the body, [140]. These, we have had before. These show that what was suggested has not been carried out and that there would be betterment for the physical body were these at least adhered to and that the changes as are necessary in the physical conditions as existed through the system, would be benefited were the use of those suggestions given, applied.

(Q) What kind of electrical vibration was meant?
(A) That as would be electrically driven in the form of vibration.
(Q) Would the ultra-violet ray, hand machine, give that effect?
(A) Better were this of the hand driven electrical vibrator as a massage; for this will rest the body and not be as severe as the hand ultra violet or violet ray, for these would irritate; but that which gives the massage and of necessity the vibrations, which need that conditions throughout the system be relieved from the tension under which the nerve forces are operating or working, and will be most beneficial.
(Q) Is that the machine that fits over the hand as used by masseur?
(A) This may be used, but the electric driven machine is better for this particular body. [Electric vibrator, hand machine.]
(Q) [140] has asked cause of her pains. [Neuritis?]
(A) From the vegetative nerve systems as related to the whole of the body's functioning as related to those of the intestinal system as a whole and sympathetically from those conditions in the pelvis.
(Q) Has it anything to do with the vibrating thing or does such exist?
(A) Such does not exist.
(Q) Are her kidneys functioning properly?
(A) Her kidneys are very good at present in their functioning. There are disturbances to be sure, that act at times. This is more from the nervous condition of the whole body and will be relieved by the application of the vibrations more than we would find in anything at present.
(Q) How often should she have these vibration treatments?
(A) Once or twice a day, depending upon the body as to its feelings. Give to body just before rest or at rest.
(Q) Should she still have the sun lamp and the osteopathic manipulation?
(A) Those should not be severely given but should be to bring coordination. This vegetative very good in the activities for the system; not especially necessary.
(Q) [140] wonders what her chances are for completion.
(A) This, as we find, will depend much upon the conditions as have to do with the whole system and as to the mental, this has been gradually changed and as we find, may be. Unless there are given such properties as would produce distortion it should go through.
(Q) Will the child be healthy?
(A) Healthy, yes.
(Q) Are any of those properties mentioned, bringing distortion, seen now?
(A) Not in the system at present.
(Q) Is Dr. Geist [Samuel H. Geist, M.D.] handling the case as it should be handled by a doctor?
(A) Dr. Geist is very good. We have had him before; his abilities, his judgments are best; introspectively, he may gain much.
(Q) Would it be well for [l40] to get out of bed?
(A) Only occasionally at the present time; should be more exercise so that the body does not become too depressed as relating to its activities. After a period of 8 to 10 days, the body should be much easier, happier, very satisfied with every condition, you see.
(Q) The information [for treatments?] I have gotten through other channels regarding [l40], should they be applied?
(A) Very good.
(Q) [140] has a lot of questions in her mind. Can you give her counsel as to those?
(A) In the various expressions that come from those who would materially aid or attend the body, because there are discussions and these are not in accord one another, determine in self's own mind as to the one or ones in whom self has the confidence and do not change. Dr. Geist is good and should be trusted. His abilities are well. As respecting activities of self, self's relationships as to others, these should be as near normal and nominal, and as considerate of others as of self, as is possible for self to do, in the conditions as have to do with the mental forces of self, as relating to the variations as have come to self. This, the body, will find, will give more of satisfaction, gratification of the wish or desire. Know that desire is thus material, mental, and that the spiritual forces are active in so far as self is the mental builder with same.
(Q) [137]: I have certain thoughts regarding the Association's environments and condition. Can you give me counsel of those?
(A) In the interior forces of self, there is seen that no higher counsel may be had than that as may be gained by self through that attunement of self to that power. Heed none other. Let no conflict of any nature separate thine self from that ability to attune self with Him, and in counsel of every character He will guide, whether it be of those that pertain to material, mental or spiritual. He was in the flesh thine brother. We are through for the present.
