1. EC: Now, there are physical conditions with this body that may be assisted and benefited by carrying out, in a systematic and consistent manner, those conditions which, if added to the body in its present condition, would be assisted in a very material manner.
2. These are, then, conditions, as we find them. First:
3. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, this low in many ways, carrying those drosses as are left by the poor eliminations in the various organs hindered by the drosses left in those from the congestion as has been brought on by overtaxing in the physical in the way and manner, through the mode of living and the diet and excesses for the body.
4. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, this shows very much of the conditions as have become exaggerated in various portions of the physical body, especially in those centers and ganglions that show the effect of this extravagant use of physical vitality in the body. These subluxations then appear in the 3rd, 4th lumbar, in the 9th and 10th dorsal, in the upper dorsal and the entire cervicals.
5. The organs of the body all show the strains under which the body has labored and does labor in its functioning. In the cerebrospinal forces that connect with the various organs, specific conditions have begun to show in some centers, as given, and the effect to the extremities and to the various portions of organs are also of the specific nature.
6. The digestion and the lungs show the greater effect.
7. Then, to bring the more normal condition to this body, we would first, through those of the deep manipulation, given osteopathically, correct those conditions in the cerebro- spinal system, using as the means to assist in same those of the Rino or Alpine rays to relax same before the treatments and adjustments are given.
8. Using as an inhalant these properties: Do not take these internally. Only as an inhalation through mouth or nostrils, or both.
9. To 4 ounces of pure grain alcohol, add:

   Eucalypto1.........................30 minims,
Canadian Balsam....................10 minims,
Rectified Oil of Turp..............10 minims,
Tincture of Tolu...................10 minims,
Rectified Creosote..................5 minims.

   Shake solution together before the inhalations are taken, which should last for at least 15 to 20 inhales and exhales, see?
10. Taking, as a stimulant for the eliminating system, those properties as are found in this compound - Toris Compound. Prepared preferably with Spirits Frumenti, see? Taking teaspoonful 4 times each day. Do that.
11. The treatments should last at least 2 months or 28 treatments, taken twice to 3 times each week. The inhalations taken 2 to 3 times each day, or when congestion or cold seems to disturb the circulation or the breathing, or pains in any portion of body, see? At least 2 quantities of Toris Compound should be taken.
12. We are through for the present.
