Now, these are conditions as we find them in this body,
[
184], we are speaking of ..., Calif.: First, in the blood
supply in the body, while we find the blood very good in the
quantity for the system, the strain that comes to the body
at times through the action of certain nerve centers produces
such a taxation upon the system as to cause the blood to
become thinned at times, again too heavy.
In the nerve system we find the trouble in certain centers
affects this circulation, also the functioning of organs,
especially those of the pelvic region. This, we find in the
ilium plexus and reflexly to the other centers in the region
of the body causing the troubles at times in the kidneys, and
their functioning, and the organs of the excretory system
here. In the reflex action in this nerve system we find in
the eighth dorsal plexus that which gives the trouble at
times with the circulation and taxation to the diaphragm and
its functioning in the system when in action, for we don't
have it without, produces inflammation there. The seat of
that producing the trouble being in the second bone, vertebra
or the coccyx in the end of the spine, this has been hurt or
injured in times back, and at times affects the duodenum
reflexly with these other conditions.
In the functioning of the organs of the body we find the
brain forces of the body very good. The functioning organs
in the sensory system show some reflex conditions as do all
of the organs that are governed by the ductless glands in
their secretions for the system, nerve reflex from the strain
on the body. In the lung forces, the body very good, except
as the strain presents itself with the reaction in the region
of the diaphragm or that governed by the center from the 8th
dorsal region - reflex conditions at times only - no organic.
Through the digestive tract, but with the reflexes in the
system all of the organs of the hepatic circulation suffer
at times. In the functioning of the kidneys and the
excretory system that directly suffers from these conditions.
There we find the overtaxed portion that will be the more
troublesome to remove from the system.
To correct conditions in this body for the permanent relief
first by heat applied and chiropractic forces adjust the
condition in the body near the end of the spine, then with
the vibrations that set the body in harmonious elimination
and assimilation, we will bring the body to its normal force.
This should be corrected with the application of vapor heat
in the ilium and sacral region in three to five weeks, and
the vibration as we would find from that of the Abram forces
give the incentives for the whole regaining of equilibrium
throughout the body. Do that.
(Q) How should this heat be applied, Mr. Cayce?
(A) The heat through vapor application direct to the sacrum
and ilium plexus region with this relaxation to this portion
of body, the adjustment and correction may be made. This as
we have given should be very soon, three to five weeks. That
of the vibration will only be of sufficient time to give the
perfect assimilation that will be from the center of body and
to the spine in its vibration which will be that to equalize
the assimilation and eliminating forces. Do that.
(Q) How often should the chiropractic treatments be given?
(A) Every third day.
(Q) How often should the heat application be applied?
(A) Each time the body is treated by the chiropractic forces
until the adjustments are made, then of course the head is
left off. It will be adjusted to its proper place so it will
stay there until the heat is applied.
(Q) How often should the Abram treatment be given?
(A) The whole completion will be in forty-eight hours of
vibration; be given every second day.
(Q) How should the heat be applied?
(A) We want only that heat applied locally, not all over the
body.
(Q) What must the heat be applied with?
(A) That form in which the chiropractor forces heat in
portions of the body where adjustments are to be made.
(Q) What kind of an accident happened to this body?
(A) Where the body had a fall here, you see, which bent or
misplaced and with the contraction this has gradually
produced this curve here. This also causes the troubles at
times through rectum. [Hemorrhoids?] Correct these, and we
will correct these conditions here.
We are through.

no way to apply heat. I immediately wrote him and told him
to pack in hot towels before adjustment..."
