  1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions she has submitted, as I ask them:
  2. EC: Yes.
  3. As we find, there are disturbing conditions - those as indicated from the cold; and the strapping or bracing is well.
  4. However, there should be the use of the rubs; and at least two or three times each week the thorough osteopathic adjustments.
  5. And then take the proper precautions of not getting over-tired, or damp, - either from perspiration or from other sources.
  6. Take the same expectorant as was last given for this body.
  7. Use an Atomidine douche for the irritations through the pelvic organs, about every other day; the proportions being a teaspoonful of commercial strength Atomidine to the quart of tap water here, body-temperature. Use only a Fountain Syringe for same.
  8. Then be mindful that there is plenty of rest, and plenty of care for the general activities of same.
  9. For the injured portions upon the extremities or toe, use the massage that is being applied, - to renew the strength and remove the condition which has come about from too much usage of same under the stress.
  10. Ready for questions.
  11. (Q) What rub is to be used for pain under right shoulder blade?
