1. MB: Now you will have before you the body of Dr. House, Edgar Cayce, Morton Blumenthal, Edwin Blumenthal, present in this room. You will have before you the other individuals who are members of the Board of the Ass'n of Nat'l Investigators, and also that Board as a whole, and you will have before you that institution that this Board seeks to create as a channel for cosmic expression to a material or physical world. You will aid us, and guide us, in this, giving advice and counsel, and you will answer the questions I have to ask you regarding the physical organization of this institution, and the rules that are to guide and conduct its process.
2. EC: Yes, we have those conditions as surround those that represent in the physical manner that manifested force as may be administered through the channels of a physical institution, as respecting relations of individuals with and through information as may be obtained for same through cosmic or ethereal, or through the sources of the mental attunement of individuals with universal applied energy. Get the difference and variations as are presented, for to each and every individual so associating or officiating with the application of such information, or of such application, each have their individual work to perform in a cooperative manner. Let not one attempt to usurp authority, power, or position over another, and only in the measure of cooperation may that application be made of universal forces as are applicable in the force of applied universal energy, or the relation of individual with the cosmic forces or universal forces, or God.
3. In the offices, then, of such an institution, first - as given - there must be cooperation, and then - as to rules, regulations, and the application of information gained - must be in the manners as has been outlined for each in their relationship to the Whole. Remembering, then, that it is unity of purpose, unity of application, that will bring the desired efforts to those that seek as those that would obtain. Ready for questions.
4. (Q) Regarding the rates to be charged for rooms, we have tentatively fixed a price of $100 a week -
   (A) These should be set in THIS manner; that there is the purpose of dissemination of Truth, and there is necessarily an overhead expense. Rate same that, with the nominal number in such offices or such places, it would care for the expense - and when the institution offices, or the whole is occupied, then there is being added that to expand the Truth as is sought to be disseminated. See? Then there comes to each individual this knowledge, that they (ones that are associated) may know that the Forces as would direct, were they allowed TO direct, will show that there is force, power, to disseminate truths thus obtained. Or literally, materially, as this: So fix rates that, were the building half full, the overhead would be paid. See?
5. We are THROUGH. So dumb!
