(Q) What exercise should the body take?
(A) Well that it should have the regular exercise night and
morning. Of morning the exercise for the upper portion of
body. Of evening, before retiring, exercise from the waist
down, such as was used in setting up exercises of army.
Persistence. Yet with the care and with the attention, as
has been outlined, equalizing circulation; remembering as of
this: In the actions of the physical body, the blood forces
are carried to head in the day exercise, and must be
equalized over the system by exercise in evening, would the
body gain from physical rest that necessary to keep the body
in perfect equilibrium. To rest in the evening, the body
MUST have that exercise. Only a few minutes, of course,
necessary, morning and evening, that would equalize the
circulation, ready for the work of the day. Just plain
common sense with thought applied to same.
(Q) Is there any advice you have to offer this body relative
to his business during this year?
(A) This, as we find, has been outlined for this body. Do
that.
We are through with this reading.
