"You would have a good laugh if you could see my office these
days. Friday we had five different groups waiting in my
office to be interviewed on Cayce. Everything else seems to
be secondary and no doubt it is the way the Good Lord means
it to be. To-day I have had three cases and I only wish that
I had nothing else to do because at least I get pleasure
where I do not get it out of the furniture business because
of conditions.
"I have had several meetings with Hugh Lynn and I hope we are
getting him in shape where there is a real future laid out
for him and real security laid out for yourself based on your
own work plus whatever else you can add to it. Whatever
comes to you in life will not be one tenth of what you have
earned or are entitled to. But again the good Lord knows
best and since he has never let our families really want for
anything, I am sure we have no cause to complain but to
continue to serve him in the best way that we possibly can.
"Did you notice that the President used the quotation from
Micah which is the same quotation that the Readings always
give
'Oh Lord, what dost thou require of us, but to do
justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with thy God.'
"I hope that we shall ever be able to fullfill this
statement.
"With love to all of you, believe me, as always,"
Sincerely yours, [
