Does the Glory then as in Him shine out unto others? Does
it become in thine own experience only a cross in the flesh?
Is it not rather that same experience which He had in
entering into His Glory? that is, the completion of those
activities in the material world when His Glory was shown?
And He asked that they - that all those who would make of
their lives, of their experience, a channel of blessing to
the fellow man - might know His Glory; that they might know
their OWN glory; that there might come that glory in the
experiences of those who had consecrated, dedicated their
lives and so LIVED them as to become living examples known
among men for their good work in being a channel. Think it
not strange, then, that ye should look for that glory. For
has it not been given that ye have been chosen, even as ye
have chosen Him? Thinkest thou that His prayer will not be
answered IN thee, and in thine experience? [See also
262-93,
Par. 14-A.]
Then, rather than the opening of that as would be presented
to others, rather would we give here that YE rededicate,
reconsecrate yourselves; that ye may know, that ye may
experience, this Glory.
How - ye ask - and in what way?
How has He asked ever? "What seekest thou?"
Then, shall this Glory be known and experienced in the realm
of spiritual awakening, of mental attunement, or of material
benefit?
All are of the Lord. Choose thou.
We are through for the present.
