(Physical Suggestion)

EC: Yes, we have the body here, [264].
Now, as we find, while conditions in the physical body - in a GENERAL manner - are still showing the improvements that are in keeping with the better conditions for the body, in the mental body at present there arises again the doubt and fear as to that which is held toward the corrections.
This should be rather the attitude (that has been held, but that has become rather doubtful at times in the mind):
The physical body has, and had, through those conditions that disturbed the better physical functioning, allowed accumulations of destructive forces or distorted influences in the system; yet there has been and is being done that which WILL eliminate these from the system. And through the processes necessary for such elimination, experiences in the physical and mental body will be - and will have been - of such natures as to make a better, a more activative development for the soul forces of the entity; and in patience, in love, in endurance, in hopefulness, will come those very influences and forces that will make for the contentment, the brighter outlook, the meeting of the conditions that will make for betterments in the NECESSARY forces, that make for a REAL development in the entity.
As to the physical conditions, then, we find - while there is at present that tendency for the appearance of more than ordinary indication of accumulations, with the periods of eliminations kept in order and with the carrying out of each and every one of those suggestive forces that go to make for betterments of the physical conditions - there will gradually come those improvements, those strengths, those necessary forces in the physical body to meet all the needs of eradicating and eliminating the conditions.
Then, we would give:
First, keep THE MENTAL ATTITUDE in that manner given.
Keep all those treatments and applications for the body that have been outlined.
When those fears and doubts arise as to whether there will be sufficient material needs to show to those [See Par. 15-A - below] making the applications the physical needs for the resuscitation of forces in the body, know that these will be supplied in their time and their order. While this makes for a feeling of insecurity, no individual or group is worthy of the name that means aid to humanity that would be unkind, or feel unkindly towards ministering and doing all in its power to bring about for the body those better physical conditions in this period which is being passed through!
Ready for questions.
(Q) Should uterus be dilated at this time?
(A) Will be well that the pessary be used in the dilation, so that the eliminations may be the better for the conditions that exist.
Be mindful that ALL the treatments are kept. The ash, the battery, the applications for the percussions, the application necessary for the passing of the low electrical forces (in the magnetic treatments; which, as we see, in part have been left off, to some extent, and the physical results indicate that these are necessary); and patience, persistence and consistency throughout is necessary.
(Q) Is there anything wrong with right side?
(A) Not as we find.
(Q) Is speculum which has been used sufficient?
(A) Sufficient.
(Q) Are there any treatments I can use to obtain a normal body any more quickly?
(A) Depends upon what is termed as the normal body! As we have given, those things that are being applied are those necessary - as we find - for the correcting of the conditions, and for the bringing about of the coordinating forces in the most NORMAL way and manner.
Do not lose patience. Do not lose hold on self, nor upon the Forces through which ALL healing MUST come!
For, whether the influences that act upon the body come from medication, mechanical appliance or what not, they must of necessity - to be restorative in their value to the system - come from, and be of, the ONE SOURCE - LIFE itself!
These that we have given are those necessary elements to supply influences for bringing about the correction, and the coordinating of the proper influences in the experience of the body.
Then, let's follow these!
If there is sought the quick way for the change, then resort - as has oft been given - to the operative influences! But, as has oft been outlined , hold to that - for the better conditions for the developments of the entity, the soul forces, the spiritual life of the body!
(Q) To whom should I go for financial aid, in order to pay Dr. [Edw. P.] Brenner for further treatments?
(A) Why go to ANYONE for aid, if Dr. Brenner is willing to carry on with those treatments! If he is not, then he is not worthy of being called one that would administer to the betterment of influences in individuals' lives!
These will come in their regular channels and manners, for there is being put into the activative forces of every channel those things that will bring about the better material conditions for the body and those associated with same.
(Q) Could Clifford Hartman of St. Louis or N.Y. benefit me?
(A) Not as we find, in any particular, in the present.
(Q) Any other advice?
(A) Follow that as we have given.

"My last rdg. helped me so much. [853] has a traveling position WITH A SALARY, so I am going back to Mother [...]'s [her mother-in-law] so I can be here to get my treatments until I get well.
"[853] gives me the magnetic treatment now [instead of Dr. Brenner], so I have asked about it."
