This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his home on Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 5th day of June, 1933, in accordance with request made by self - Miss [275], Active Member of the Ass'n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc.

1. EC: Yes, we have the body and enquiring mind, and those conditions physical and mental that surround the body, [275]; this we have had before.
2. Ready for questions.
3. (Q) Will it be advisable to continue osteopathic treatments in conjunction with Johannes Greber's healing treatments in the next 3 weeks?
   (A) As we would find, it would be advisable to continue the osteopathic treatments at least twice each week; for, while healing of any nature must be from within, it depends upon the attitude taken toward all elements and influences within the experience as to a manifestation of life in the material plane. In the physical body, as we have given, each atom is a whole universe in itself, and is a portion of the, whole. When there is coordination within self, in the INNER self - when the inner shrine receives the impulse, then healing is complete; yet each atomic influence receives an impulse from various forms of application to a material body, or to a material demonstration or manifestation of a spiritual influence animating THROUGH a material body.
   Then, as we have given, these conditions are as impulses to varied experiences of the entity, and the physical body as a whole.
   Hence it would be beneficial to the body for these mechanical applications to be given, as well as those applications through spiritual influences.
4. (Q) Should I have osteopathic treatments during the summer, when I do not have treatments from Johannes Greber?
   (A) It would be well to occasionally have treatments, but these may be made even farther apart; because the ACTIVITIES of the body, and its impulses - in the surroundings closer to nature, carry ON in manners for the better and broader influences.
   Also, in EVERY character of application for healing of a body, there must be those periods for sufficient reaction to the impulses that are received from any character of application.
5. (Q) Are my teeth in good condition?
   (A) As we find, in VERY good condition.
6. (Q) How often should I take carbon ash, and how much?
   (A) At least once or twice a week, an eighth grain will STILL make for impetus of reactions from that created by the activity of carbon in the system.
7. (Q) Should I continue taking Atomidine; if so, how often and how much?
   (A) As we find, it would be well that this be discontinued for a period of two to three weeks. Then we would begin again with small quantities, gradually increasing the quantity each day; taking it only once each day, until ten drops are being taken. Then discontinue for a period of five to seven days and then repeat this again, see; beginning with three minims in half a glass of water and increasing one minim each day until ten are being taken - see?
8. (Q) Would it be beneficial for my leg to be stretched every day by my father, while my mother is rubbing it with oil?
   (A) Be beneficial, provided it is not twisted, creened, or turned in a position as to cause irritations.
9. (Q) Should I take spinach juice in the summer months; if so, how often and how much?
   (A) Provided there is the addition of other properties - as tomatoes, carrots, or large quantities of other vegetable forces that carry iron and silicon - then this may be discontinued, see?
10. (Q) Explain my experience at night when my jaw was exercised.
    (A) This is the development of influences that are about the body, especially the higher influences of self's own development through the eons of experiences of the soul in the material plane; and is the manner in which the activities of such influences' manifestation may be seen.
    If the words are recorded (that will gradually come from activity in this direction), these will be helpful to self, to others who may be included also in such manifestations.
    Hold to those experiences, though, that bespeak of the higher influence; for the mental being, or mental body is an expression of the divine in a material world. Then, as the body loses self in consciousness, or when the body has retired and is in repose, open for such expressions of self, we find that it would be well to see not only the words but their meaning, as they are repeated in a monotone - yet in such a manner that they may be heard by self, and self's INNER self, as they are said:
    IN THY KEEPING, 0 MERCIFUL FATHER, DO I COMMIT MYSELF, MY WELL-BEING, PHYSICAL AND MENTAL.
    GUIDE, GUARD, DIRECT EVERY THOUGHT; AND MAY THE EXPRESSIONS OF THAT THOU WOULD HAVE ME DO, HAVE ME BE, BE MADE MANIFEST IN ME, THROUGH ME, AS THOU SEEST I HAVE NEED OF.
    HELP ME TO BE MORE CONSCIOUS OF THY PRESENCE ABIDING WITH ME - NOW.
11. (Q) Am I developing according to God's will physically?
    (A) This we have given will bring the body to be more and more aware of the development, and of that necessary for the full consciousness of what the spiritual influences would have the body be at all times.
    Do this at the present, and more may be given.
