TEXT

1. GC: You will have before you the life reading which was given for [282] through these sources on March 20, 1931, at 4:00 P.M., [282-2]. You will give a check life reading for this body, answering the questions which he has asked concerning information given in his life reading.
2. EC: Yes, we have the entity, [282] and that record as made, and information as recorded.
3. In the application of self, self's abilities - physically, mentally, morally - the entity has in MANY ways, many respects, made for developments with and through that impulse given BY the information. Well that this be kept well in that way as was given, "Study to show thyself APPROVED unto God, unto that ideal as is set before self," knowing the responsibilities that are given thee are for thine own development. Be thou FAITHFUL unto all that is committed unto thy care; not in vain glorying, not in a selfish manner - "As ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them," rightly DIVINING the words of truth. Truth is Spirit. Spirit is Truth - and each GROW; as the Father seeth one has need of, so is it added unto thee. Ready for questions.
4. (Q) In regard to these phrases in entity's life reading of March 20, 1931; "fields of the spreading of any particular product that has to do with people, and things combined - as in the distribution of household things, or those things that pertain to individuals and nations and groups;" and again: "things as pertain to individuals and things as pertain to the home;" what is meant in more specific terms? and what should entity do to make the greatest use of this information in the present?
   (A) Study the CONDITIONS as exist in these respects, both as to business associations and relations and the HOME associations and relations, and with that JUST given as the key to same the entity, the body mind, WILL understand what is meant, and how to apply self in such relationships for the better unfoldment and understanding of self and those associated or related in any factor or manner TO the body - see?
5. (Q) Considering the influence of Jupiter notably in the certain periods when Jupiter and Uranus are in the ascendancy, as in 1933 and in 1939, should entity develop other business associations or connections in place of or in addition to his present connection at this time or at any time?
   (A) There are, as we find, growing conditions as to business associations and relations that will, about those periods, be consummated IN a way AND manner that will affect the body, the entity. In that respect, then, prepare self in a manner that there may be a concise, a terse, understanding of the whole business association as exists in its various phases and relationships, that those periods may be taken advantage of by and through the ABILITIES of the entity, the body, to meet the varied and various situations AS they arise.
6. (Q) Considering the abilities of the entity, in his present business connection what work should entity prepare for; manufacturing, selling, cost accounting, or credits and collections?
   (A) As it has just been outlined, WELL that there is an UNDERSTANDING in ALL directions, that EITHER that the entity selects as the specific or definite phase OF that work or association all the better; for when there is the proper consideration given in the sales department for specialty stock or finish, how may one be the BETTER SALESMAN without knowing in a DEFINITE manner the costs, the type, the character, the manner of production? or how may one be the BETTER credit man without knowing the needs of the varied groups to whom that as is created in or under supervision in any direction of the business by the entity or associates without knowing what is put into, done FOR those SEEKING for credit or for work itself? So, as has been given so long that the specialized individual is of high value (and this is man's opinion), they (men) have forgotten, he that would be lord and master must be servant of all! Then, in the preparation, know each DEPARTMENT, and that that offers TO self in its SPECIALIZED department, an present, as the better channel for the self's activities, THAT branch, THAT phase of same STRESS - but know why the stress is made! and ALL works together for good to THOSE that love His coming. That applies in BUSINESS, in social, in SPIRITUAL, in home life.
7. (Q) In entity's Egyptian incarnation in the name Ra-La-Ral, was entity associated with entity in name then Delhi [301]? [Present wife]
   (A) The entity then the husband of Delhi, as was also the offspring Del-lli [299].
8. (Q) How are the intuitive forces and the occult forces different, and how may the entity aid in their development?
   (A) From experiences of an entity's whole being do the intuitive forces arise, while OCCULT forces ARE those activities as a whole. Then, intuitive forces are developed more by the introspective activities of a conscious mind, until it is able to bring to bear such experiences of the entity as they act UPON those NECESSARY actions as PRESENT themselves in one's daily experience. INDIVIDUALS (Now, this is well for all to learn!) OFTEN call this ENTERING into the silence. Hence the ABILITY of those of ANY cult, or any group of people who by constant introspection through entering into the silence, are ABLE TO BRING to the surface the activities of the entity as a whole. Hence they are called sages, lamas, or such. These, when they are MADE to be what is COMMONLY termed PRACTICAL, yet remaining spiritual in ASPECT (that is, sticking to the truth!), they become masters. When they are turned to channels that are to INDUCE influences over individuals because they have that ability to HOLD an individual, then they ABUSE. Hence the entity in its study may make for self, through the study of occult forces, by introspection, or entering into the silence, apply same in life - see? This is opening a deep subject! It's worthy to be understood! and well that the entity be GROUNDED in, not as MYSTICS - nor as mysterious individuals have given; know the BASIS for introspection, which is - in that termed CHRISTIAN religion - prayer, while that termed in many a cult as introspection, meditation, or mysticism, or occult influences brought in. They are one and the SAME in their essence, but KNOW they are all of one source, all source or application. Then, are they good [if they are good] - must come from the SOURCE of good; and, as the Son came FROM the FATHER, they ARE in Him, and the APPROACH TO the source is THROUGH Him - and there is no other!
9. (Q) What are the warnings to be seen in the love of home, and the love of family relations.
   (A) As has been warned as respecting relations and family relations do not let thine GOOD be evil spoken of; nor do not allow the relationships to become such as to make self or the relations as selfish, or as bigotry in ANY sense. These the warnings, as has been given to those in care, as well as of self and self's relations see?
10. (Q) When will be the peak of the next period of general business prosperity, and the bottom of the next period of general business depression?
    (A) As the cycles come and go, these may be judged much for the future as they have been in the past. There is, as has been seen, (those general periods - going back, as we find) the greatest DEPRESSION as arose from ORDINARY causes (Those in the present are OUT of the ordinary, for they are the COMBINATIONS of both wrath, oppression and SIN), in the one nearer akin, as we find, in 1907. Hence a cycle seen - this, then, of the greater next depression, would be another cycle, or a seven (7), which comprises - as is seen - near to twenty-four to twenty-five (24 to 25) years. This, you see, makes the combination of peak made - oppression or depression, also of business.
11. (Q) Is entity giving best to his wife?
    (A) As has been outlined, KEEP that as has been BUILDED by self through that as has been given.
12. (Q) What was the exact time of entity's birth in the present incarnation?
    (A) This - the period of the BIRTH and the period of the entity, or SOUL birth - is not ALWAYS the same. As WE find, in the evening.
13. (Q) What makes the difference between the physical birth and the soul birth? [This question was interjected by Gertrude Cayce.]
    (A) One is earthy, the other is truth - or spiritual. Not that the spirit isn't - for Life is of the Creator! That which is GIVEN TO be the Creator's activity enters in, even as "He breathed into him the BREATH of life and he became a living soul." As the sleep fell upon him, and the soul separated - through the taking of man's portion - and He becoming a portion of man. That the division. Hence when the culmination, or combination as comes through those relationships as are made, they are MAN made, or is as of the offspring. Then that which comes IN is from outside - see? hence the variation.

1. 8/16/32 He wrote: "It has been a great disappointment to me that I have been unable to carry out my pledge of last summer. However, at this time I can promise to send you at least the balance in full during this coming year.
   "It has been our good fortune to have leased our home for the coming year. We shall be living with my parents [378] and [255]. The business depression has made it impossible to keep up with the expense.
   "I was very much interested in the readings given during the Annual Congress. They open up a new field in the study of the Great Pyramid, and confirm the writings of Davidson [See 5748-5 & 5748-6]. I hope that further readings can be had, so that we of the A.R.E. may know how to adjust ourselves to the changing conditions around us...
   "Please send me any new printed matter of the Ass'n, so that we may try and get new members."
