(Q) Should any laxative other than the Bismuth be taken?
(A) The Bismuth is not very much of a laxative; it is rather
an absorbent. Laxatives are well to be taken, of course;
for there should never be allowed a twenty-four hour period
without an evacuation. For this, as indicated, makes for an
accumulation of toxic poisons or drosses that tend to make
for pressures upon the nervous system, in the sympathetic
or the vagus and cardiac centers, and an engorgement and
an enlargement of the heart's activity. Hence the colonic
irrigations. Hence the better activities in the food values,
rather than such a conglomeration as to make for distressing
conditions. Hence, also, the constructive mental activities
in regard to same.
(Q) What laxative is best for this body?
(A) There should be no one individual laxative. Rather
vary from oils to sodas, or dirt, or any of these in their
combinations.
(Q) Any other advice for the body at this time?
(A) Be consistent.
