This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his home on Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Virginia, this 14th day of April, 1934, in accordance with request made by the father, Mr. [282], Active Member of the Ass'n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc.

TEXT

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before. As we find, the general physical conditions of the body are very good. As we find, there is little disorder that may cause any anxiety, if there are kept those things only that have been given - as a well balanced diet and the regular activity.
2. There should be occasionally a GENTLE massage given in the upper dorsal and cervical, that there be no trouble with the eyes - that tend to make for some pressure in this activity, that causes at times a blinking or squinting when light is strong. This is only temporary, if these massages or adjustments are given occasionally.
3. The rest we find very good.
4. Ready for questions.
5. (Q) Is there anything to be done about the piece of almond that went up this body's nose?
   (A) It has been absorbed and eliminated from the system through the alimentary canal.
6. (Q) Please suggest diet.
   (A) One that is well balanced for sufficient of the calories and vitamins to care for a growing body. The things that have been given are well.
7. (Q) Give cause and cure for sores on legs and body recently.
   (A) This was only from a humor from those activities in that particular sphere of associations, and - as the general conditions are kept normal - will disappear. These are only passing conditions.
8. (Q) Any other suggestion to aid this body to keep in the best health?
   (A) As indicated, only these conditions respecting a little maladjustment in the upper dorsal and through the cervical area are as warnings. Would this be done osteopathically, it will be found that these alignments will make for better conditions generally in the system. They will also aid in keeping the digestive forces better for the body.
   We would do that.
9. (Q) Can anything be done to raise the arches?
   (A) The general applications with the leg and foot adjustments, in the general treatment, should correct these.
10. (Q) Suggest treatment for hair.
    (A) As indicated or outlined for a general activity for hair, a twenty percent solution of alcohol with the white Vaseline massaged into the scalp itself - at least once or twice a month - will make for the better scalp condition; which insures for anybody the very best that may be had from the hair.
    For any conditions where it is desired that straight hair be made curly, a massage of the scalp with a fusion of persimmon pit meats and the bark of the same will - not with the first, but this massaged into scalp gently - make straight hair curly, if desired. This is for anyone!

2. 4/14/34 Parents were present with [299] for Ck. Rdg., being concerned over a piece of almond which went up the child's nose, also about sores recently on her legs and body.
