READING 303-29
F 55

This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at the office of the Association, Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 28th day of January, 1942, in accordance with request made by the self - Mrs. [303], Active Member of the Ass'n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc.

Present: Edgar Cayce; Gertrude Cayce, Conductor; Gladys Davis, Steno.

Time and Place: 10:10 to 10:15 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Va.

TEXT

  1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
  2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [303]; this we have had before.
  3. As we find, while there are some improvements, there is NOT sufficient as yet for the body to attempt - for at least three to four days - to return to strenuous activities.
  4. There should be better eliminations established, and there should be begun to be taken solid or semi-solid foods.
  5. There has not been wholly as consistent rest as was indicated, but we would continue this rest period; of course, sufficient activity to aid in the establishing of better eliminations.
  6. DO take the enemas. While this may not remove great quantities, owing to the body's assimilating most of those foods taken, there are the needs for the better eliminations through the colon - or else we will gradually cause more and more inflammation through same.
  7. Hence use the colonics, - though this may require using the enemas almost daily, DO have the eliminations, see?
  8. Keep the beef juices, especially. A little wine, this not too sweet nor yet too sour. These with the general activities of massage and the other applications suggested should give the body sufficient strength to begin activities by the first of the week, see? We would rest at least that period.
  9. Ready for questions. We are through for the present.
