TEXT

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [303].
3. While conditions continue to indicate the lack of vitality and energy, there are improvements.
4. We would stick rather close to those suggestions as to keeping good eliminations, and supplying the body with the vital energies through the use of the Vitamins A and D and the B-1 complex. If there is not sufficient assimilated in the foods given, take - then - one a day of the One-A-Day brand and A and D, and One-A-Day B complex. Take only one a day of each. Best to take the A and D of an evening, and the B complex at the noon mealtime.
5. Ready for questions.
6. (Q) Shall I continue taking the Eno Salts, Acigest and Calcios as formerly suggested?
   (A) We would keep these, but in a smaller quantity.
7. (Q) Should I take the colonics from such as Dr. Jas. Parker, or is it just as well to take enemas at home? [James R. Parker, M.D.]
   (A) We would take enemas when necessary, using a colon tube; and take a colonic about once a month or once in six weeks.
8. (Q) Would it be necessary to take any more sweat baths or osteopathic treatments?
   (A) The massages will be well, if these are given as a thoroughly GENERAL relaxing treatment.
9. (Q) Should the rubs be given with Peanut Oil alone, or combined with Olive Oil?
   (A) Combination here will be the better.
10. (Q) Should rubs be given down the spine and lower limbs, or over entire body?
    (A) Over entire body will be well, but more down the spine and lower limbs.
11. (Q) How can I get the cold and wheezing out of my right lung?
    (A) By the building of better energies and resistance with the vitamins.
    Do these for the present.
12. We are through with this Reading.
