(Q) How often should I take colonics?
(A) This depends on how often they are needed. These are
things that are used as aids. They are seldom curatives,
unless there are those measures taken to aid in correcting
the cause of the disturbance. When there is lack of the
eliminations through alimentary canal, then to cleanse the
colon have the irrigation. Whether this is necessary once
a week, twice a week, once in six weeks or once in six
months, depends upon the manner in which the body treats
itself. But these are well to be used when needed. If they
are given body-temperature with the water used, and with the
cleansing solutions in same, the salt and soda in proportions
indicated, and the Glyco as the purifier - or the like -
these will not be weakening but will help. But too often
given, too cold or too hot a water, they will be disturbing.
(Q) What is cause and relief for aching in back of neck and
head, and in eyes?
(A) Tiredness! REST - would be the better! Again we would
give, use those rubs and be CONSISTENT with self. We are
thru with this Reading.
