(Q) Should any of the treatments or medicines I am now
taking be stopped?
(A) Compare with that just given, and use the own
judgments, - as to the needs, as to the requirements. Those
foods as indicated, the smaller doses of ALL properties
given, will be more helpful than a lot of medicines. Of
course, do keep up the B vitamins; but those, as everything
else, if they are taken when there are stoppages or the lack
of proper assimilation and distribution, they become at times
disturbing forces rather than beneficial. So, there must be
some consistency and some thought taken as to when such are
taken, even as these. But do take those that will assimilate
of the B and B-Complex vitamins.
(Q) Do I have any glandular trouble?
(A) This is a bad question for this body to ask! Is
there any trouble that you HAVEN'T got, would be best
to ask! There is much to be accomplished. These, of
course, are portions of the trouble. But, as given, do
that consistently, if there would be brought about better
conditions.
