TEXT

1. EC: Now, we find there are changes in the body at the present time from that we had here before. Many of these are better, yet there are many abnormal conditions in the body. The mental forces have much to do with the physical reaction in the system, the blood supplying force at the present time being very good. There is some congestion in the bronchials and larynx, and the circulation surcharges these with their depleted condition, causing some stress and strain on the system, as does some of the tissue that is pressed by ganglia being abnormal in size, such as we have in the lower dorsal and upper dorsal region. We have many other conditions through these that function normal, then abnormal, from this general debilitation in the structural formation and rejuvenation in the system.
2. We would for the present conditions, and to keep the body balanced, and to keep nearer the equilibrium for the existing conditions that may not be entirely corrected in the system, do these persistently, yet consistently, ever keeping the mental forces in that way that leads to the better understanding of the application of mental with physical reaction in the system:
3. Use as an inhalant, not too often but at least once each day before retiring:
To four ounces of pure grain alcohol, add:

   Eucalyptol........................20 minims,
Rectified Oil of Turp.............15 minims,
Canadian Balsam...................15 minims,
Oil of White Pine.................10 minims.

4. Some of these are nearer the same proportion. However, in the strength as given for each, each has its mission to perform in the lung and blood supply, and will affect the organs of the system in the correct manner.
5. Keep the diet such as is in conformity to those conditions known to the body for the digestive tract, and for the hepatic circulation, especially kidneys in their functioning, keeping morning and evening exercise as much as possible of those portions of the system from time to time that come under the change as these reactions from inhalations take place in the system. To meet the needs of the condition through congestion take these exercises mornings and evenings for the various portions. Not always the same, but those for the parts needing the extra vibration that is given through the exercise and mental forces.
6. Also take once each day, preferably in the morning, the vibrations over the throat, head and lower portion of spine and abdomen of the violet ray, with the bulb applicator; not with the direct or too long a ray, nor over the chest, but over the upper bronchials, throat, thyroids, head, back from the first cervical to the toes.
7. Do this. We will find we will assist this vibration to keep in the equilibrium necessary. Do not give this vibration for more than five minutes at one time to the body.
