Evenings - a well balanced vegetable diet, of at least two
vegetables above the ground to one below the ground. In
this would be included cooked carrots, or cooked potatoes -
provided these are not carrying quantities of grease; that
is, they should be boiled, or mashed, or the like. Some
white potatoes may be included, you see. The meats that
would be taken at this meal only would include, preferably,
lamb or fowl. Occasionally there may be taken beef,
preferably broiled; liver, or such.
It would be well also that for the present condition there
be taken, at least twice or three times a day, three to four
drops of Glyco-Thymoline.
Also, one day take Milk of Magnesia; the next day Milk of
Bismuth; the next day take a Charcoal Tablet; and keep these
up until the system has been changed entirely as to the
reactions throughout the system.
Drink PLENTY of water at all times.
For the applications externally we would use a mild
antiseptic, that will cleanse those portions of the body
where irritations and abrasions show; a Bi-Chloride
[Bichloride of Mercury?] tablet to three to five gallons of
warm water. Best to sit down in it and bathe off in it once
each day; having the water tepid. After the drying off of
body, then anoint the portions where abrasions show with that
combination called Resinol.
These, as we find, will remove the conditions.
Naturally, it is necessary that the body be mindful of the
diet in relationships to acids and alkalins, that affect the
kidneys or the digestive system; but these - as a general
outline - would be well, and will remove and correct these
disorders at the present.
Ready for questions.
That is all.
We are through for the present.
