TEXT

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before.
3. As we find, there are a great many changes in the general physical forces of the body since last we had same here.
4. These are conditions as we find them, then, in the present:
5. In the blood supply we find a deficiency in the red blood supply. That forms then a form of anemia, though there are times when the reactions are such that there is a very good supply. This unbalances the metabolism of the system and thus produces quite a variation in the blood pressure; not to the extent as to cause a heart ailment, and yet there is a great deal of variation in the pulsation, - not as produced by temperature or strep, though we DO at times find there are indications of the presence of same through the system.
6. We find in the general nervous system a contributory condition, not caused by the nerve pressures but as an EFFECT which exists.
7. Then, the basic disturbances are from the slowing of the activity of the organs of the body, especially as related to the assimilation and digestion, and the distribution of that assimilated, as well as the eliminations of the poisons or used energies of the body.
8. Thus, as the body has been warned concerning overtaxing, there is a using up of the energies, with a continuing, through the general reaction, to slow up the activities of digestion and assimilation; thus hindering the system from gaining a normal balance throughout.
9. These as we find are produced from the lack of an even balance in the gastric flows from liver, pancreas and duodenum, and the whole of the DIGESTIVE organism.
10. Then there is caused quite a variation in the conditions, and producing conditions which make it easy for the body to become overacid; thus tiring out, slowing up, causing greater disturbance through the heart activity, the functioning of the organs of elimination, and causing irritations through the system.
11. All of these, then, as combined in the conditions which exist in the present, may be summed up in the expression, in a manner, that the BATTERIES of the body are rather rundown.
12. In making for better conditions for the body, greater precautions should be taken as to diet, as to digestion, as to eliminations, and as to the manners of assimilation for the body.
13. We find that the low Wet Cell Appliance will be of material aid in regulating the circulation, as well as the digestive sources, PROVIDED consistency is used in regard to the giving of sufficient rest to the body in the open. That is needed more than anything else.
14. First we would give, then, that the body REST for ten days to two weeks, - and that means REST! Lie in the shade out of doors, - read, meditate, argufy; these done rather in the way of being as "LAZY" as possible.
15. Eat such as plenty of roast or stewed or baked chicken, with milk, buttermilk, corn, cornbread and the like.
16. Doing these, we would find a great deal of difference.
17. Use the Appliance one time to the extremities, the next time directly THROUGH the body, - that is, the one plate attached to the 9th dorsal, the other to the umbilical and lacteal duct plexus; for thirty to forty minutes at each period, but use it each day for at least a full period of the charge of the Appliance.
18. Both plates would be of nickel, you see, and the attachments would be alternated in the regular manner as given for the Radio-Active Appliance attachments, except that every other day the attachments would be made for the vibration directly THROUGH the body, you see, in the manner indicated. The extremity attachments would be to the right wrist, left ankle; left wrist, right ankle; left ankle, right wrist; right ankle, left wrist; and so on, in the ordinary manner, but these attachments would be made - one of these designated attachments - only ever OTHER day, you see, but alternated in the correct manner WHEN made, see?
19. In the charge for the Wet Cell Appliance, make the ratio in this manner; to 1 1/2 gallons of Distilled Water:

    Copper Sulphate......................2 1/2 pounds,
Sulphuric Acid C.P...................1 1/2 ounces,
Zinc.....................................6 drams.

20. This should be the strength of the solution producing the low electrical forces for this body.
21. About twice each week, consistently, use half a teaspoonful of ALCAROID after whichever is the heavier meal of the day. First dissolve this in a small quantity of water, fill the glass and drink; then take a second glass of water afterward.
22. Then also about twice each week, after the heavier meal of the day, take half a teaspoonful of Milk of Bismuth in a glass of water, adding to same ten drops of Elixir of Lactated Pepsin.
23. Keep the eliminations regularly each day, even though it is necessary to take enemas to induce same.
24. But use in the foods such as the pie plant, beans well cooked (not in grease, however - but in their own juices with butter) and seasoned to the taste; all forms of laxative foods, such as figs and things that bring about better eliminations, also corn and the like.
25. Do these and we will find better conditions for this body.
26. Do not overtax the physical or mental body. Rest for at least ten days to two weeks as indicated.
27. (Q) What medicines should I take for eliminations?
    (A) Rest, and the foods as indicated.
If it is necessary for ANY eliminant, we find those that carry the small quantity of a heart stimulant would be preferable.
28. (Q) What is a cure for the hard and painful place under my right foot?
    (A) REST; and using Castor Oil with Soda to massage same night and morning.
29. (Q) Are sweets against my health?
    (A) They are not included in the diet indicated, and not best to have too many of those!
30. (Q) I would appreciate some spiritual advice.
    (A) Be consistent with the bodily forces. As the body is the temple of the living God, preserve same in that way as of a sacred trust; that His spirit, His will may work through thee more in keeping with that as ye would counsel others to do.
Be not weary in well-doing. Be not unmindful that He hath given His angels charge concerning thee, and thy angel is ever before His face.
Love ye the Lord and His ways.
31. We are through for the present.
