(Q) Would the massages given by Kinney's Beauty Salon in the
Flatiron Bldg. aid in correcting the poor circulation in my
body?
(A) They would aid in correcting the poor circulation, but
not any more than regular exercises and massages that would
be given by self - if chosen to do them!
Take the rolling exercise, and the C A T crawl, and
stretching exercises morning and evening - you'll have a good
circulation! It'll help many of those troubles! But don't
do it once and then say "Well, I'm too tired this time," or
"I'll put if off this time," but do it regularly!
The rolling exercise is to put the head between the knees and
let someone roll you over two or three times, see?
The crawling exercise is to lie on the floor and crawl and
stretch just as a cat would. But do it regularly if it is
begun, or don't do it at all.
(Q) Should I take the Tonicine in the same dosage?
(A) Keep in the same dosage as indicated, or sufficient only
to keep regularity. But the stretching exercises as just
indicated will aid in these directions also.
(Q) Anything I can do to take away knot on my ankle?
(A) Massage with just Castor Oil, morning and evening.
(Q) What laxative should I take?
(A) The diet and exercise, rather than any properties. If
these are necessary, a combination of a vegetable or senna
base is preferable. But do not rely upon these. Depend more
upon exercise, and fruits and raw vegetables.
(Q) Which would be best for me to do: Go back to Montreat
and try to finish in two years and then to William & Mary at
Williamsburg, or go to Granby St. High for half a term, then
to William & Mary extension in Norfolk for two years, and
then to Williamsburg?
(A) Are you asking for the BEST, or that you innately wish
to do?
As we find, going to the High, then to the Extension will be
more in keeping with the desire. For the outlook eventually,
go to Montreat.
Choose yourself.
(Q) What hobby should I pursue?
(A) Any that would pertain to calisthenics, athletics, or
activities in the open. Horseback riding, golf, walking,
swimming or the like.
(Q) What studies could I take up at school to fit me for
activities pertaining to body, body-mind, body-relationships
to individuals, to groups, to masses, as indicated in my Life
Reading? [
308-3]
(A) The study of psychology in all of its forms.
We are through for the present.

BACKGROUND
She obtained
308-7 on
11/22/39 for fainting spells, shortness
of breath, etc.
7/30/41 She and mother were present, submitting questions.
REPORTS
6/18/42 She obtained Ck. Life Rdg.
308-9.
9/02/42 Mother [
585] requested
308-10, Ck. Physical, saying:
"At the time 308-8 was obtained, my daughter was living with
my sister, and I don't know how closely the reading was
followed. She was near the seashore and that helped some.
When she came to visit me we would do the exercises together,
and I saw to it that she had the Atomidine. She doesn't have
a knot on her ankle now, so I am sure that she must have used
the Castor Oil."
See subsequent Ck. Physical Readings.
5/23/52 Mother [
585]'s report: "It was her choice to remain
in Norfolk, and then she went to William and Mary Extension
one year, and then to William & Mary in Williamsburg one
year. She never did return to Montreat."
