TEXT

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with further suggestions for corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [308].
3. As we find, while conditions are not altogether satisfactory, if there are the general precautions taken as to activities, as to the general physical attitude, and the better care as for diet, the physical forces will adjust themselves in this developing body - in the main.
4. There are the tendencies for the body to overstrain. There are those inclinations in the mental to "put off" those things that should be attended to in their regular order and manner. These corrected, we will find better conditions.
5. In the diet, do include more of fats, - as butterfats and the like. This may be taken either in the milk or in whole grain cereals and milk.
6. And do have, at least occasionally, a small quantity of CALCIOS - which is the action of calcium in the system. The body is minus in these elements, which is indicated in the lack of the proper coordination of the pulsation at all times, the activity of the thyroid glands and the general assimilation.
7. This should not be taken spasmodically, but systematically. Take it three times each week, and that quantity as may be spread thinly on a whole wheat cracker - but have regular days for taking same. And we will find this will change the whole of the reactions in this body.
8. In the general activities, do not overtire the body.
9. Ready for questions.
10. (Q) Should I take more Tonicine?
    (A) If necessary to keep those balances in the Periods, take same, but take it just before the regular Period times, see?
11. (Q) What is the protuberance on the right of my stomach, which the doctor said felt like a bone projection, appearing to come from the backbone?
    (A) This is a condition that has long been a disturbance, but if there are the correct attitudes, this should never give any disturbance - unless you commence to fool with it!
12. (Q) What caused it?
    (A) This was a part of a fracture long ago.
13. (Q) Do I need glasses?
    (A) Not if the head and neck exercises are taken.
14. (Q) Is there anything else I can do to gain weight?
    (A) Be more consistent in the activities, in keeping those things in the diet that will aid in better assimilation and circulation, as given.
15. (Q) Any other advice?
    (A) Do keep the mental attitudes in the more constructive channels, and never in a derogatory nature towards anyone.
16. We are through with this reading.

BACKGROUND

1. See 308-10 on 9/02/42.

REPORTS

1. 11/12/43 See 308-12 in re injury to spine from falling out of double decker bed.
2. 5/23/52 Mother's report: Re 11-Q, [in 308-11] the doctor found the protuberance referred to, otherwise we would not have known of its existence. It was not visible to the eye nor could I feel it through touch. I often wondered if it came from the fall she had. It worried me a great deal at first, but eventually I dismissed it from my mind and so far as I know she hasn't had any trouble with it in any way and she now has three children and wants more.
