Put 4 ounces of grain alcohol in an 8 ounce rather wide-mouth
glass-stoppered container or bottle. To this add, and IN
THIS MANNER add:
Eucalyptol..............................20 minims,
Rectified Oil of Turp...................10 minims,
Benzosol................................10 minims,
Tincture of Benzoin.....................10 minims,
Canadian Balsam..........................5 minims,
Tolu in solution, or Tincture of........40 minims.
Shake the solution together when this is to be inhaled, which
should be inhaled into the throat, bronchial and lungs, and
through the nostril. This will relieve this tension, and
the tendency for cold; also those conditions that make for
tautness in head, face, and nasal cavities. Use deep
breathing when inhaling same.
We would also, for that general debilitation as produces at
times an irritation to the capillary circulation, to the
internal organs, the Radium Appliance or pad - Double X
in strength.
Be mindful that the body keeps the feet dry. Do not over
expose self to colds and congestions, or fevers.
In the matter of the diet, keep those of a general and full
building; plenty of the proteins, and especially of such that
carry the Vitamin C. These, as we will find, will be aided
in their materialization - by the character of the food -
when the Radium pad is worn.
In the mental body, this keep in accord with those tenets
that have been set before self, keeping in accord with
that attitude which has so long been held as the entity's
relationships to individuals, and conditions existent in
the body-physical, the body-mental, and the social, physical,
and material relationships with others. Strive not against
those things that apparently irritate in the mental
attitudes of others, for God's purposes are not defeated in
the services rendered. Let the yeas be yea, and the nays
be nay - for GOD giveth the increase. God worketh His own
wonders to perform, using individuals in their various
spheres when they approach every attitude with "Thy will
be done, O Lord, not my will." Project not thine self into
others' forces or others' lives, other than as a reflection
of Him. Ready for questions.
(Q) Where should Radium pad be worn?
(A) Across the solar plexus of days - that is, the 8th,
9th and 10th dorsal. Of evenings it may be laid for a few
minutes across the chest or head, or across the abdomen.
(Q) Should this pad be worn constantly or certain hours
of the day?
(A) Be worn at least four to six hours during the day.
(Q) What is the cause and remedy for numbness in shoulder
area?
(A) Poor circulation. We have given the reason. The remedy
will be the appliance, and the diet.
(Q) Does this cause the stiffness also in right hand?
(A) Causes the stiffness also. Poor circulation. Poor
eliminations.
(Q) What causes the intense pains at times in right side,
causing discomfort at seasons in rectal area?
(A) These are pains of a reflex nature, from the vitality
being used up, and the system's attempting to adjust itself
through these various periods with those losses of conditions
in system. Hence the RADIUM reflex, or Radium Active forces
for the system, is to clarify the conditions of body, giving
vitality and strength, and acumen in the effectiveness of
each vibratory force.
(Q) Is appendix affected?
(A) No.
(Q) What is the cause of swelling in feet?
(A) Circulation! Remedy given!
(Q) Regarding business and other phases: Should other funds
be invested in Nashville or ...?
(A) Nashville would be better.
(Q) Give any helpful suggestions regarding this.
(A) Through those same channels in which others have been,
well that these be IN the same disposition - though not
exactly in the same things, see?
(Q) What other would be best to invest in?
(A) In those lines as outlined here! Through these same
sources or channels, see? which is of the accumulative
forces from interests and investments in the various real
estates and properties that have been held or are held by
these so acting in this capacity.
(Q) In view of present conditions of N. T. L. and State
Boards, does it seem best now to plan for work under either
of them?
(A) In the Spring should be the period, as has been
outlined, for these conditions are going to be better -
through those activities of the various boards in their next
meeting, which should be in April or May, when there should
be those associations and connections made. These, as we
should find, will be the most helpful.
(Q) Does place now exist, or will it develop in time?
(A) Develop! Of course, there has been the curtailment
of the work, or the laborers in these fields, rather than
additions - but these are to be developed in these next
meetings of these various boards, see?
(Q) What definite steps for securing it?
(A) This, as has been outlined, make known to those various
members of whatever department of the work the entity decides
or chooses to take hold of, and go to work on same!
(Q) When should business course be started?
(A) May be taken immediately, if so desired. This should
be in the form of the companionate clerical work; that is,
some stenography, some bookkeeping, some correspondence, see?
Secretarial status - so that in the work in the general way,
these may be the most helpful, see? made to fit in with any,
so that - should the occasion arise - which will, with these
endeavors that should be in the state work, or in the
National work - the entity would be acting in the capacity
of an aide to the ministers in the various fields, through
various periods of its work in the various departments.
(Q) Give definite suggestions for getting roomers.
(A) These, as we find, may be best by word of mouth, and
the various characters that are necessary or needed. Just
as one may attract others by the thought being sent out, by
word of mouth and to others, THIS the best way and manner.
(Q) Should they be men or women?
(A) They may be both!
(Q) Should Nancy Martin, Carol Strickler, or Olive Moseley
become members of household?
(A) Either, or all. Olive Moseley would possibly present
the better of any, in the capacity of companion and assistant
in the various endeavors for the present period.
(Q) Under what terms or plans?
(A) These had best be worked out between themselves. The
varied circumstances or the changes that might be necessary
in the affairs of each may be best met by the comparison of
that necessary in the affairs of each, and that they expect
to accomplish, that they expect to do with same.
(Q) Is best being done at present in methods of living,
thinking, or how could improvements be made?
(A) These have been referred to in the mental attitude
of the individual. These are the better. Do that.
(Q) In view of future, should there be a gradual disposition
of house furnishings as opportunity affords? or should all be
disposed of, or stored when move is made?
(A) Stored or disposed of when move is made. Let this be
a development of the conditions as they develop in the
efforts as to be put forth, rather than bringing one to
bear that the other may happen - see?
(Q) Any other advice that will be of help for this entity
at this time?
(A) Keep the face toward the light and the shadows will
fall behind. We are through.

REPORTS
1/30/31 "The reading is more than wonderful, and as it is
my first physical revelation, how I wish you and time and
conditions would all let me just rave about it...that
information never could have been more true to the mark,
and how much relieved I do feel not to have any more of
the anxious thoughts. Am going about to follow directions
closely...
"Thanks much for investment suggestion - am acting upon
this... [Brother-in-law [
4788]] is being wonderful to me
as to business, and information was quite complimentary to
him, I thought, as I sent him a copy of only the questions
pertaining to investment. It agreed exactly with his and my
ideas."
6/28/31 She said her circulation was better; she had followed
everything in the rdg. except securing the Radium Appliance,
had not started that yet.
9/05/31 She wrote: "For the past few days I have been adding
some of the finishing touches to the business course, as
well as having more and more time devoted to dictation,
transcribing, etc. Nothing definite as to work yet, still
I had to be positive as to plans for the house for another
year, and decided to keep it, until something did develop
for me. Seem best to hold to what I have, do further study,
etc. in my own home, than change about too much. Have three
young men, but two of the main RENT PAYERS, asked me recently
to DOUBLE them together, and I am exceedingly eager to rent
the vacant room, and thereby bring my income from the house
to what it has been." [She submitted further questions for
a rdg.]
