10/18/25 Mrs. [
325]'s letter: "I need not tell you that your
rdgs. on behalf of my health are always appreciated. My
health is really better but when I get sick it is most always
from too much nerve force being put forth and not enough
strength to carry on the work. So I give way until rested
and I am ready to go on again. I think that I have been of
great help to the boys in coming to N.Y. At least I keep
them all together and we all have a happy home. We are very
comfortable and I am getting used to the outside noise of the
big city. I had quite a nice time having all the children at
home here this summer. [Daughter [
459]] has two lovely
children [[
1856] & [
2444]]. [Daughter [
558] and husband
[
1565]] are doing nicely in [..., Okla.]. [Son [
257]] was so
nice to them as he furnished them with some nice furniture.
He is trying to repay me for all that I put forth during his
six years absence from home. God bless him with health and
prosperity, as he is indeed a good son.
"I do hope that you and your dear ones are in good health.
Write me all about your new home and work, as I always love
to hear from you. All the family join me in good wishes to
you and yours. Keep well and of good cheer. Fondly,"
