Now, we find there are those conditions as surround the body,
in a physical and mental way and manner, that should or would
be changed before there might be a definite outline for that
necessary for the betterment of the physical forces in this
body. While true the body is and will be taxed in a physical
sense through these conditions, these elements that surround
the body at present, and would be unable to cope or meet that
as would be suggested for betterment at present - the
physical will endure and gain in some respects from these
present experiences. When conditions are changed to more
near normal conditions, THEN would be the correct time to
outline that necessary to be accomplished for the betterment
of physical forces with the body. Not undue - any of the
condition, nor should any undue anxiety be felt for
conditions at present; yet there are those that must be
considered rather seriously - that, of that, as has to do
with physical forces are being ENDURED, as it were, by the
body, [
325], at present. Much is bourne by the body that is
said little of. Better that those ordinary - or those to the
body ordinary conditions, be administered in small quantities
at present, until conditions are nearer normal. Combine,
then, this:
Tincture Valerian.....................1/2 ounce,
Tincture Stillingia...................1/4 ounce,
Elixir Calisaya.......................1/4 ounce,
Bromide Potassium, 10% solution........20 minims,
Tincture of Capsici.....................2 minims,
Oil of Sassafras.......................20 minims,
Lactated Pepsin, sufficient to make 6 ounces.
The dose would be half to three-quarters teaspoonful in water
or plain, when necessary. This will lessen the tension of
the whole nervous system at the present time. When normal
conditions are restored we would give those things
necessary for betterment of physical conditions in the body.
Ready for questions.
(Q) Should the body return to New York at once?
(A) When the body wills. Be worse to break conditions as
are felt necessary by the body at present.
(Q) How long does the body desire to remain at Cincinnati?
(A) As long as it can be of help.
(Q) Is the body of help in Cincinnati?
(A) Certainly.
(Q) Has this body any growth in body causing trouble?
(A) Rather deal with those when nearer normal conditions are
restored for the physical effects and forces of the body.
(Q) Has the body the promise of long life?
(A) Depending upon what is called long life.
(Q) Can she expect to reach three score and ten?
(A) Undue question here.
(Q) What advice should body receive at the present time to
assist her, and at the same time not cause anxiety?
(A) Rather let the body work out those conditions that are
being met by self at present, than from any outside
influence, other than that that will cause rest and LESS
anxiety to the nerve system. Use, then, that as has been
given for the present. When changes are near normal, then
conditions may be given for the betterment of the body.
(Q) Should the medicine be taken in Cincinnati at present?
(A) Be taken in Cincinnati at present, as the body is there.
Taken in the body under the present conditions, yes.
(Q) When should the next check up be given on the body?
(A) When near normal conditions are restored, with normal
surroundings. Do that. Follow those conditions as have been
given. We are through for the present.
BACKGROUND
See
325-18 on
7/24/27 and subsequent Reports.
6/09/28 her son was present and conducted the reading,
submitting questions.
At the time 325-19 was given, Mrs. [
325] was nursing her
sister, Mrs. [
125], in Cincinnati, Ohio, who was dying of
cancer. [See 125-1.]
REPORTS
6/20/28 She wrote from home, giving report on her sister's
condition, death, etc.: "You were right, I did my sister
some good [See
125-2, Par. R1]. ...The medicine that you
sent me did me a wonderful lot of good. I know that. I feel
better and more satisfied in mind since I took it, as it
helped me to keep up. It was terrible to see my sister in
such misery, but thank God that I was able to be there at the
crisis and help her over."
