(Q) What should she eat?
(A) In the matter of diet - these would be well to be
considered; this may be a pattern or as an outline, but would
be well to be changed from time to time:
Mornings - a combination, or one citrus fruit diet - see? it
may be altered at times with the stewed fruits, but DO NOT
mix same. Again it may be altered with coddled eggs, whole
wheat bread, dried toast and Ovaltine or a cereal drink.
Noon - a liquid diet, with the fresher vegetables, a
combination of same - but ALL green.
Evenings - we would take those meat juices, NOT the meats
themselves. That as of beef or those of any COOKED
vegetables that are not tuberous in their nature. Any of
those that are of the nature that make for those of beans,
lentils, cabbage, carrots, all of these may be taken - but
not those of the bulbular nature, as of potatoes or those of
that nature - see?
(Q) Any spiritual advice for this body?
(A) The body is spiritual in its aspects and in its
reaction. If the body will aid self in those applications as
may be made for same, SEE self - in the periods when the body
enters into the quiet - HEALED as it, the body, WOULD be
healed. VISION self BEING aided by those applications. Know
what each application is for, SEEING that DOING that within
self. Keep the mind in that attitude as makes for CONTINUITY
of forces manifesting through self - a continual flow, see?
We are through for the present.

BACKGROUND
She came with her niece, Miss [
307], and a neighbor, Mrs.
[
404], seeking health for her suffering for quite some time
with an ailment called tic douloureux [neuralgia of the
trifacial nerve].
REPORTS
GD's note: Mrs. [
326] said she was pinning every hope on the
treatment suggested in the rdg. to help her, since tic
douloureux was considered incurable, and she had been unable
to sleep, eat or attend to anything in her home properly for
some time due to intense suffering.
