The cracking of the jaw, you see, is from the lack of
sufficient oil, or of the circulation. Hence this character
of rub would be most beneficial. Take the time to give the
oil rub. Let the body absorb all that it will. Don't do it
just to hurry through with it, but gently, in a circular
motion, downward along the spine, and over the shoulders, the
hips and the sacral, also the neck and head.
To quiet the body at times we would use the sponge applicator
of the electrically driven vibrator. Commence with the side
of the head, or behind the ears, across the chin and neck,
across the frontal portion of the body - especially over the
chest bone or the upper portion, and across the collar bone
and neck; then downward along either side of the
cerebro-spinal system. This as we find will relax the body,
and - with the oil rub and the Radio-Active Appliance for
stimulating an equalized circulation - we will materially aid
and strengthen the body.
The beef juice taken as medicine will give strength. Take
this three to four to five times a day, but take at least
five minutes to sip a teaspoonful of it.
Juices and broths are much better than too much solid foods.
Take all of the broths, soups and the like that the body may
take, but these should not be rich in oil or fat but rather
rich in vitamin strength as the basic forces of the
vegetables or meats used in preparing such.
Do not take sedatives any oftener than absolutely necessary.
Doing these, as we find, will give the better help for this
body.
Ready for questions.
(Q) What should be done for the same old trouble in jaw?
(A) As indicated, the electrically driven vibrator
movements, the oil massage and rub, and the Radio-Active
Appliance. These as we find will bring the better conditions
of this body.
(Q) The trouble in shoulder muscles, arms and hips?
(A) All of these effects are taken into consideration in the
character of treatments suggested. Do that.
(Q) Is Elixir Bourbon good for me?
(A) Bourbon would be VERY good, but it should be not taken
as an elixir, - this is not good for the body, for it carries
a stimulant that is not well for this body.
(Q) What tonic would be best?
(A) Any that aids in stimulating the circulation. As we
find, we might PREPARE a tonic, but the stimulation as we
find had best be from outside, and the activities of the
foods taken to give the stimulation, rather than the system
becoming dependent upon properties taken internally to give a
stimuli.
Do these, as indicated.
We are through for the present.

circumstances. For about three months I've been suffering
with my shoulders and muscles, also back; and for about a
month I have been bothered again with my jaw [tic
douloureux]. I have been taking Eno Salts, and went back to
the packs [salt and rum packs? as in
326-6? for face? Or
Epsom Salts packs for shoulder and joints, as in 326-5?] for
a while. I would be grateful if you would give me a rdg. I
feel sure that your information will help me. Thank you for
all past help, more than I can express."
