This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Va., this 3rd day of March, 1930, in accordance with request made by self - Mrs. [337].

Present: Edgar Cayce; Mrs. Cayce, Conductor; Gladys Davis, Steno. Drs. Lydic, Parker and Hayes, Miss Morris, Messrs. Benstock, Snyder, and L. B. Cayce.

Time and Place: 12:00 Noon - Eastern Standard Time. Apt. 1416, New York City.
(Physical Suggestion)

TEXT

  1. EC: The body doesn't feel so good this morning!
  2. In the activities, there is seen the tendency to overload the system - so that the eliminations as have been set up are HARMFUL, and that the POISONS produce that tiredness, and that achey, indolent feeling as comes to the body. With some activity in the open, the body feels better; yet with resting, or sitting or resting for a while, tiredness and languidness re-occurs.
  3. We would add those properties as would cause better eliminations through the system. Take this at least three doses, then go nearer back to the DIET as has been outlined for the body - taking the activities in open as often and as much as possible. Not TOO much walking; not TOO much of the physical exercise - but as much in open as possible.
  4. This in each dose, and in the ORDER and in the QUANTITY as given. These may be given in capsule:

      Podophyllum.......................1/8 grain,
      Leptandrin........................1/4 grain,
      Sanguinaria.......................1/4 grain,
      Licorice Compound.................1/4 grain.

    taken one day apart; that is, rest one day after taking one. Drink PLENTY of water during the time these are taken, especially, in the system.
  5. Be mindful of the diet. We will find the body will feel better. Do that. Ready for questions. We are through with this reading.
