(Q) Specify diet.
(A) Minding the diets will be the most helpful. This may
be an outline, though - to be sure - this may be altered from
time to time. Of mornings, preferably those of the citrous
[citrus] fruit, through occasionally we may change from these
to stewed fruits, or the cereals, and honey with rice cakes.
Of noon, preferably those either of the green vegetables with
the dressings, or those of the liquid diet with that of the
whole wheat or the breads that carry more roughness.
Evenings, there may be those of the whole vegetables,
provided those of the heavier nature are not predominant -
but those of well cooked vegetables, as of the lentils,
beans, peas, spinach, carrots, potatoes - preferably those
with the jackets - and meats, when taken at all, should be
either those of the mutton, lamb, fowl, or the like, but not
too much fats. Those of the stimuli in coffee, tea, or the
like, should NOT be to excess, but should be taken WITHOUT
those of the milk in same!
That is all the questions regarding this body.
We are through with this reading.
