TEXT

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [357]; this we have had before.
2. As we find, in some ways the conditions are not so good. There has been some adherence, and in others not the full reaction that should have occurred from the applications as we have suggested.
3. The disturbances that we find in the present are the incoordinations between the eliminating systems, producing those tendencies upon the organs of the assimilation for spots - cold spots. For there should be greater elimination through the alimentary canal.
4. Hence we have the accumulation of pus in the system. This makes for the tiredness that occurs also: this makes for the conditions of indigestion, the swelling in the lower limbs, the tendencies for the formation of knots or boils - or the localizing of conditions in the system.
5. The spots occur, of course, upon the liver, and the local condition in the kidneys makes for a disturbance through those activities in the functioning of the organs of the pelvis.
6. These are the disturbing factors as we find at this time.
7. As to the corrections in the present, for the immediate relief:
8. We would leave off some of those things that have been suggested, and take within the system the properties (which we will give) to create a thorough cleansing, being mindful of the diet and the activities; thus we should eliminate this condition from the system within a week or ten days, and make for a clearing of the general system.
9. Add together ingredients for three to four doses, as follows:

   Cream of Tartar.............4 level teaspoonfuls,
Sulphur.....................4 level teaspoonfuls,
Epsom Salts.................4 level teaspoonfuls.

   Mix these THOROUGHLY together.
10. The dose would be a level teaspoonful of the mixture each day, stirred in a glass of water - preferably HOT water, so that the assimilations of this will make for the activity through the system.
11. We would have those foods that will make for body-building, with not too great an amount of weight but those that tend - as it were - to make for a laxative reaction for the body; as citrus fruit juices, raw fresh vegetables, any of the cereals (though these should not be taken on the same day, or at the same meal at least, with the citrus fruit juices); whole wheat as a mush, and things of such natures would be the more preferable for the body during the four days the above mixture is being taken.
12. After these properties have been taken and have acted upon the system (that is, after the second day from the time the fourth dose of the combination as indicated has been taken), we find it would be well to take a full day of the Fletcher's Castoria. This would be taken half a teaspoonful every hour until there is the absorption in the system AND the elimination or activity from same.
13. Then we would (following the Castoria) begin with the DEEPER vibratory forces from the electrically driven vibrator, ESPECIALLY across the lumbar area and in the solar plexus area; that is, these are the specific ones. This treatment should last each day for five to ten minutes. Of course, it would include the rest of the cerebrospinal system, but the lumbar and solar plexus area in particular.
14. These should make for the better conditions.
15. After these have been taken, the diet then would be that regularly as we have indicated for the body.
16. (Q) What causes pressure on the top of my head?
    (A) Those pressures as indicated in the disorder between the eliminating systems through the area about the lacteal ducts and the liver. These tend to make for those activities or pressures from the organs of the pelvis also.
17. (Q) Should the violet ray be continued when the vibrator is started again?
    (A) This would be very well.
18. (Q) Have I been using these treatments correctly?
    (A) Not altogether correctly. As indicated from those conditions that have arisen by localizing them in or through the system. Leave these off during the period as indicated. Then, in making application of the vibrator, let it be in the areas indicated; while the violet ray would be rather from the locomotaries, from the brachial plexus UPWARD, rather than the lower portion.
19. (Q) Is coffee harmful to my body?
    (A) In moderation, not harmful.
20. (Q) What drink would you suggest, other than coffee?
    (A) Ovaltine or Maltine, or any of those preparations of coffee without the caffeine.
21. (Q) Is cracked wheat that can be bought on Norfolk Curb market the same as rolled wheat?
    (A) Not the SAME as rolled wheat, but it may be used the same; will only require that it be cooked about thirty to forty-five minutes longer.
22. (Q) Would it be better for me to take a small apartment with two or more girls, or stay where I am for the present?
    (A) Stay where you are for the present.
23. (Q) Are there any other suggestions for me at this time?
    (A) These things we would do, to make for the better conditions and surroundings for [357].
24. We are through with this reading.

2. 6/25/35 She referred Mrs. [940] for a rdg.

REPORTS

1. 7/11/35 Phoned asking if she should take the full quantity of the mixture in four days. Advised that she take a teaspoonful four times daily instead of once [See Par. R2 below].
2. 8/12/35 See 357-6 for continued incoordination of eliminations, boils, etc., recommending that another round of the Salts, Cream of Tartar and Sulphur be taken - prepared ONE teaspoonful of each thoroughly mixed, taken a half teaspoonful twice a day or one teaspoonful once a day.
