    Dear Sir:- (D.E.K.?) [David E. Kahn?]
    My Sister has just sent me the reading on the diagnosis and prescription for my niece Miss Kivelinger (no copy) - I am indeed grateful to you, for the interest manifested in her by you and your friend whom I shall call "The Wonder Man". She tells me she is improving under the treatment prescribed, and I am hoping she may be restored to perfect health and happiness again - I wish I could have used the opportunity - I had on the train and become better acquainted with you. However if you are ever near Sapulpa let me know it please - I lost your address but am hoping my memory will serve me right and you will receive this.
