This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his home on Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 17th day of July, 1934, in accordance with request made by the daughter - Miss [...], through Active Membership of [son [...]], in the Ass'n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc.

Present: Edgar Cayce; Gertrude Cayce, Conductor; Gladys Davis, Steno. Mildred Davis and L. B. Cayce.

Time and Place: 4:10 to 4:15 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. ..., Alabama.
(Physical Suggestion)

TEXT

  1. EC: Yes. Much improvement, as we find, in the general condition of this body.
  2. With the proper adjustments here in the sacral and lower lumbar, by the manipulative forces that have been outlined for the body, these tendencies and weaknesses in the limbs should be overcome.
  3. We would massage these thoroughly with the oils that have been indicated, especially in the knees, in the joints of the ankles, and in the hips and groins; and after same if we will apply the heat - or the violet ray heat - this will be very beneficial.
  4. These we would do.
  5. Ready for questions.
  6. (Q) Should the battery treatment be continued?
    (A) IT SHOULD BE CONTINUED!
  7. (Q) Should the adjustments be made osteopathically or chiropractically?
    (A) Osteopathically; or made osteopathically with the masseuse will be good, the BETTER really - for it will follow out the nerve ends in the extremities.
  8. (Q) Is everything being followed as it should be?
    (A) As indicated, there should be more specific corrections in the lumbar, sacral, and the areas throughout the lower portion of the body, or from the 9th dorsal down - of course, coordinating the rest of the cerebrospinal system with same.
  9. (Q) Any other advice for the body's better welfare at this time?
    (A) We would keep the attempts to make more of the activities; or, as indicated, there should be the attempt to be on the feet more, see?
