(Q) Should any citrus fruit be taken?
(A) Be well that one meal be made of same each day. This
may be as a sample, though it may be often changed to meet
the needs through these various conditions we have outlined:
Mornings - an alternation between oranges, lemons and
grapefruit, with a DRY cereal. Whatever cereal is used
should be the whole, whether of rolled oats, rolled wheat,
rye, or what. Either those that have been bloated, or those
that are dry. ONE cereal. Alternate same.
In the middle of the day we would use those meat juices,
with one or two of the vegetables, see?
In the evening - those either of the liver, the tripe, or
of pig knuckle, or such. These that carry the GLUCOSE, that
make for a change in the blood supply, that aid to build up.
The egg, of course, is taken in between. Stuff, as it were,
as if stuffing a turkey! See?
(Q) Should sugar be used on cereal?
(A) Sugar may be used in moderation on cereal, unless there
is found that same causes irritation to the kidneys.

4/22/32 EC wrote his friend Mrs. A. Wood Gray (Mamie Butler
Gray) in Selma, Ala., about Miss [
421]'s progress - See
421-1, Par. R1 in which EC had referred Miss [

Mrs. Gray for neuropathy in Oct. '25: "[
421] has been
spending several months with Sister (Annie Cayce). When she
came she was quite under the weather, had been threatened
with something of an infection, possibly tuberculosis -
that's what the doctors pronounced it. She's been taking
treatments suggested in the rdgs., has put on considerable
weight and looks fine. She's leaving for home (in Tenn.)
today."
