5/16/32 [
427]'s ltr. to EC: I am in receipt of your letter
of the 13th, and it pleases me greatly to know that you are
kind enough to give me a second 'Reading'.
However, the pains have left me again for the time being, and
I am receiving a little more rest. Nevertheless, I would
like for you to continue with the 'Reading'.
I don't know exactly how to present my questions to you at
this 'Reading'. You may be able to get the questions from
the one I am going to attempt to ask in this letter and from
the letter you receive from me dated the 11th.
Is it advisable or necessary to go west to cure my ills? If
so, whom should I get in touch with to make my Location in
the west? How long will I remain in my new location? As I
am very much in love with Miss [...] how long will [we] be
apart if I should be advised to go west? What month, day and
year may Miss [...] and I expect to be united as man and
wife?
Mr. Cayce, the above questions may be rearranged or may be
omitted if you see fit, because I am rather puzzled as to the
type of questions that I should ask you in this second
'Reading'. However, if possible, leave the question about
getting married in the 'Reading'.
If possible include these questions. Would it be beneficial
to my health to change my line of business? Will I be able
to make a success in this line of business? Could I make a
success at bookkeeping, if so whom should I try to get
connected with and how?
That is about the best I can do, but you may rearrange them.
Mr. Cayce, if possible, include the questions in the
'Reading' about [A...], as we have been so in love for three
years and we feel like the time is near for us to wed. You
may think that this is rather silly, but you may understand
too. So, see what you can do for me. Though, all of this is
between you and I and the necessary conductors.
