This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his home on Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Virginia, this 8th day of January, 1934, in accordance with request made by self - Mr. [440], Active Member of the Ass'n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc.

Present: Edgar Cayce; Gertrude Cayce, Conductor; Gladys Davis, Steno. Mr. [440] and Mrs. [443], also Hugh Lynn Cayce.

Time and Place: 6:05 to 6:15 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City.
(Physical Suggestion)

TEXT

  1. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before. As we find, there is considerable change in the general physical forces of the body from that we have had here before. While these as yet have not been perceptible, much produced - or much of the preventing of the perception - by the general attitude of the body. But if there is the persistence, as has been outlined, these that have been given are rather as preventatives than curative influences; for the activities, the associations, the relations were and are to do the bringing about of those changes within the body, as has been shown or outlined for the body, that will make for the body correction - that is, the proper balance for the body.
  2. For, as has been given for this body, if it will but turn and look within itself, physically, mentally, spiritually, the body is WELL balanced. Then don't get self out of balance by thinking wrong, acting wrong, doing wrong!
  3. Ready for questions.
  4. (Q) Was the ironization treatment given to me on Friday by Dr. Cold beneficial to healing the condition in the side?
    (A) Beneficial in a manner, but irritating in the act. Yet, as we would find, if there will be kept the vibrations from that which creates the more perfect balance - and the activities of the body both as related to its circulation, pressure and the variations in the system that come, these will bring about the better absorption, see? Ironization is to add to the quality of the blood supply BY the creating of its vibration, that which will stimulate a balanced circulation, see? And does aid the system to become more absorbing, yet - just as the very nature of the element itself in the body - it DOES eventually create too great a brittleness (for it must steel itself) in structural portions of the body, and must make the arterial circulation heavy. Good in its place, in its proportion.
    If there is desired to be taken internally (Of course, ironization in this case was not given internally) that which will IRONIZE the whole body and then leave it off when it has created the proper balance, make THIS - and we will ironize it properly!
    Make twenty (20) pellets or capsules of this:

      Muriated Iron.............10 grains,
      Gum Camphor...............10 grains,
      Sulphate of Morphia......1/2 grain.

    Now, this is not habit forming because we have the morphia, for it is a stimuli with the other ingredients - made into twenty pellets, or rolled together thoroughly, see - THOROUGHLY mixed - roll together and make in twenty pellets, or twenty capsules. Take one each day for twenty days and you'll be thoroughly ironized!
  5. (Q) What caused the sore under my right ear?
    (A) Too much acid in the system.
  6. (Q) Is the Radio-Active battery doing its work?
    (A) We have just given that it is creating a balance! It is an active force that prevents other reactions through the creating of a balance in the circulation. Doing its work. Keep these up, as we have outlined. We will find the results, if the body will keep its feet on the ground - but keep your head in the clouds also!
