First, the greater influence is from Venus, with Mercury,
making for a peculiar type of reaction in many of the mental
influences in the astrological aspects of an entity. For,
this double influence as much as may be given from that
accredited to such planetary influences makes for the mental
equipment or experience of an entity. There are the
abilities in the entity of a high mental development with
judgements - though the judgements are good, they are often
tempered by mercy and the love influence; that is, the
essence of love, in patience, and making for those
associations in friendships that become as ones well chosen
by the mental abilities, the mental attributes of the
associates of the entity. For, the entity rather chooses its
friends than friends choosing the entity. Not that the
entity appears, acts, or is offish in activity, but rather
that there is the tempering of judgement in associations of
business acumen; and that in self there is the love, beauty,
patience, or those attributes that go to make up beauty in
its holiness. For, Beauty IS that as it should be in its
associations with the minds or mental abilities of the
entity. In the sojourns much was gained in the temperament
of self.
The activities also in Mars make for a temperament that is
hard to be dealt with, when the entity is in the right in its
activities; and often others - that are less sturdy, less
well-set in their ideals as to principle or as to activity -
consider the actions of the entity as being questionable and
as standing in the light of self's best interests. These are
of the mental equipment, yet the MIND is the builder of the
activities, even in the material environs.
From Jupiter also we find influences in the activities of the
entity; as to the broadness of vision, and as to the likes
and dislikes of the inner self respecting faculties of
individuals' activity in certain kinds of art, music, that
are descriptive in movement or activity. These influences
may be used to quell often violence in the mental
associations of others.
As to the appearances and their effect in conjunction with
the universal or planetary sojourns, we find these
influencing the entity in the present:
Before this we find the entity was during the period when
there were the journeyings of those of the Norse country in
the activities of a portion of the north country.
The entity then was among the sturdy men of the land that,
with their families, journeyed into the land of the present
nativity - that may be called the north woods. And from
these activities the entity became a leader in establishing
homes and settlements in the north land, and was in the name
Odin.
In the experience the entity gained in the activities, both
as to material and soul development; for, becoming a leader,
the entity builded well in those lands in that north country,
and gave much to the peoples in tending the cares of those
that were needy in body, in mind, in purpose, in desires for
pushing on; not only for their dependent ones, but for the
love of the resistances necessary to meet the needs of the
day.
Hence in the present, when there is determined or felt in
self that the ideas and purposes to which self would push
forward are right, the temperament is for the entity to be
determined in that direction.
Before this we find the entity was in that land now known as
the Fatherland, during those periods when there was the
stirring up of the people for an ideal as to the invaders and
those not of the faith in the Holy Land.
The entity then was among those that joined in what has been
termed the Crusades into the lands, and with many went to the
land of promise as a defender of an ideal.
In those sojourns much change came to the entity, as also to
many of those that started on a purposeful journey; yet, with
the environs, with the conditions, found they had lost their
idea, and that their ideal in themselves was questioned. The
entity's name was then Hecht.
From that experience in the present there is found the
particular study of the various effects upon people in
various lands, according to their knowledge pertaining to
their relationships to whatever god they worship. And the
economic activities of the entity in the present are from the
experiences in that sojourn.
The entity may be said to have lost and gained, and lost,
during the experience; gained in purposes, ideas, ideals;
lost in selfindulgence in the power as gained in a land
wherein self QUESTIONED self's activities.
Before this we find the entity was in that land now known as
the Egyptian, during those periods when there were the
establishings of the ideas and thoughts of relationships
between the Creator and the creature, and with the
establishment of places of aids to those of many lands and of
many positions in life. And the aids to the body and mind
were catalogued, or recorded, in what might be called the
first concentrated efforts towards presenting hospitals,
camps, or places of refuge for the ill.
The entity aided that one who led in this change, in this
activity; hence brought to self contentment and peace and
joy; joining with those that aided through the activities in
the Temple of Sacrifice, with the MUSIC of those in the
Temple Beautiful. Hence the entity gained in all the
associations and activities during the sojourn, bringing that
Which is innate and active within self; the love of being
able to bring, or of applying self in bringing, relief to
those that suffer in body from the idiosyncrasies of
themselves the more, and of their activities the greater, in
some conditions.
These make for abilities in the entity, and things wherein
much may be gained in the present. The name then was
Is-pt-el.
Before this we find the entity was in that land now known as
the Atlantean, during those periods of turmoil when there
were the rebellions that brought about the separations of the
isles and the upheavals in the land.
The entity, however, was among those of the faithful that
aided in the use of those conditions that brought succor to
those that suffered either in combat or in the physical
conditions in the body; as to the betterment of stature, as
to betterment of the USE of those things as applied in the
arts for the relieving of those people, and in bringing to
the people not only the necessities but the beauties in the
life. The name then was Am-se-co.
In the present experience there comes oft to the entity, in
the activities among individuals, the abilities - just beyond
the horizon - to apply that which would bring to self, to
others, a vision of the beauties of the Atlantean land.
Were these applied in those periods of meditation that apply
to individual activities, physical things may be brought into
action with individual thought.
Then, as to the abilities and that to which the entity may
attain, and how:
As seen, in the greater portion of the earth's experience and
in the greater portion of the development through the spheres
of activity, the influences have brought development - when
self was set in the ideals as to the purposefulness of being
that for which a soul came into manifested form; magnifying
the love of the Father in the activities towards the fellow
man, whether in things of beauty that bring joy, whether in
the application of self that brings peace or harmony to the
mind and body of others, or as to the little gentle words
that may bring hope and trust to the experiences of those
whom the entity may meet - has developed the soul.
As to the application of self in the present, then:
Use that thou hast in hand to build upon, that the title that
is set may be renewed with the visions; not of days that have
passed, but as to the abilities of self to minister to the
needs of those that are weak in thought, in body, in body,
tired in their souls for the longing for the brightness of
the shadow or the promise land.
Then, in spending self in the manner may there come to self
the words of promise; a life worth while, a race well run,
and the crown of joy, of hope, will come to be thine own in
those periods when meditations or when shadows draw in and
about the self.
Ready for questions.
(Q) Regarding the person I have in mind, how will I keep her
from annoying me?
(A) By pointing out the necessities for the self-development
needed for the soul of that person to KNOW the ways in which
the better things would go.
(Q) Should I continue here as I have been, or should I look
for a different location?
(A) As given, use that thou hast in hand; and as the ways
open for the activities in relationships to those about the
body, the entity, there may come that needed for the next
steps; and should a change be necessary it will be found in
the meditations with self.
(Q) How can I develop in order to be of better service to
mankind.
(A) In the manners as outlined; studying first to show self
approved unto God, the Giver of all good and perfect gifts,
rightly divining the words of truth, and keeping self
unspotted from the world. Not as to MAN'S glory, but rather
as to service - and love - to the Maker.

On awakening, EC remembered going to the place for the
records, and seeing many more about the place than usual.
In the beginning, "I felt my body slipping out of my body and
into darkness, with a stream of light guiding me."
