(Q) How many and how often should the treatments be given
to relieve the spinal condition?
(A) How many taps would there be on a splinter to improve
or to make for perfect unison in making a splice?
Until the conditions (that will be found there by the
examination) stay or remain in their positive positions;
both in the coccyx and in the upper dorsal center. See?
This may require only twenty-eight to thirty. It may require
even less. DEPENDENT upon how well and how sincere the
response is - that is, mentally and physically - from the
body to whom the treatments are applied, in making the
corrections.
THEN, when the corrections are normal, choose either the
hypnosis or suggestive forces, or the gland and electrical
treatment. Which would be better? Some who would give the
one method of treatment would be better than some in the
other, and vice versa. To be sure, the more positive may
be had through the gland and the electrical treatment; that
is, gland injection - provided the gland serum is ALWAYS
CLEAN; for it is dangerous to ever inject serums into any
live organism unless perfectly clear! It is also dangerous
to submit to submerging of self through hypnosis, unless the
body-mind of such an operator is in accord with CONSTRUCTIVE
forces in a body!
Not impossible! The whole condition deserves the best.
Do that.
We are through for the present.

REPORTS
12/33 Christmas Card from the family: "The examination
proved the rdg. correct about the spinal condition."
12/22/33 EC's letter to Mr. [
256]:
I had quite an interesting report this morning. While we
were in New York, as you saw from the Bulletin, we met quite
a number of sustaining members or founders of the Psychical
Research Society in the Oranges and Montclair, N.J. While
there we had a reading for a young lady whom the father and
mother have had before several of the clinics in New York.
She has something of a very unusual condition. None of them
have been able to diagnose the trouble. The reading
indicated that this unusual condition arose from an injury
that she had at the end of the spine, and it had been
overlooked by those who had examined her, and this sort of a
statement, of course, is very easy and a very definite thing
to check upon. I have a letter (Christmas card) from her
mother this morning, and she wrote this message on the card:
"The examination proved correct about the spinal condition,"
and I am sure if the reading was correct, then the treatments
must logically prove beneficial to her. This has been
examined by one of the larger clinics, and she had
practically been X-rayed all over, and now, of course, as
soon as she was sent to an osteopath, the New Jersey
Osteopathic [Chiropractic or Naturopathic] Association in
making much of it.

458] is getting 2 osteopathic
treatments each wk. [from Dr. Cornelia J. Browne, D.C., N.D.]
and they are helping her general health and the extreme
nervousness is passing away.
"But now the sight in her right eye is dim. Sometimes ago
(3 yrs.) we took her to a specialist and he said there was a
small posterior cataract and nothing could be done to help
it. Now it is worse. We want you to help us by giving a
rdg. on this condition to advise us what doctor to consult.
This is so serious and you told us about the other condition
which no doctor had discovered, so we hope you will be
successful in finding a help for her eyes.
"At the same time could you tell us if there are any foods
that are harmful or especially helpful for the skin
condition?
"Enclosed I am sending ck. for $10. Please mail answer as
soon as possible.
"[

the house before 12 noon."
