To 4 ounces of Russian White Oil as the base, add - in the
order named:
Oil of Wintergreen.................1/2 ounce,
Cedar Wood Oil.......................1 ounce,
Kerosene Oi1.......................1/2 ounce,
Sassafras Oi1......................1/4 ounce.
Shake these together, for they will tend to separate. Pour a
small quantity into an open container, and massage into the
body just what the body will absorb. Massage in a circular
motion DOWN FROM the area between the shoulders (4th dorsal)
to the end of the spine on either side of the spine. Then
massage over the spine, itself, and then one long - or two or
three long SWEEPING pressures with the massage.
In the matter of the diet, keep rather to those foods that
are of the alkalin-reacting nature during the time the
cathartics or eliminants are being taken. THEN there may be
used a general diet.
Desires for specific or unusual foods or diets are because of
the lack of a balancing in the metabolism of the chemical
forces in the body itself. Hence we would find the body
would be materially aided by the use of small quantities of
Atomidine (after the other properties for eliminations have
been completed). Take same for five days at a period, one
minim (drop) in a half glass of water each morning upon
arising. Then leave it off for a week; then repeat again
for three or four or five periods (of five days at a period).
Do these.
Ready for questions.
(Q) Why do I always crave something to eat and can't figure
out what it is?
(A) This has just been given.
Do these things in the present. Then, when the general
conditions have been aided - or have responded, we would give
those instructions that would be more applicable for the
general condition.
This is a specific condition that is needing attention in the
present.
Do that.
We are through for the present.

3/02/36 "If you are better and able to give me a rdg. I would
like to have one as soon as convenient. I have been sick for
3 wks., up and down and feeling punk. I hope you have fully
recovered... I ate a fearful lot of candy. Got lonesome.
Read books...and ate candy for company. Had a fighting time.
Why do I always crave for something and I can't figure out
what it is? That awful craving, then I eat candy. What is
that in the left side of my back at the waistline that causes
so much trouble? It doesn't pain, only when I stand a while
- then I ache till I drop. Is it the nerves alone that cause
my troubles? Must I keep still as the doctor said or
probably be dangerous? One can't lie in bed all the time."
REPORTS
3/15/36 Mrs. [
464]'s ltr.:
Dear Mr. Cayce,
"We still have winter with us.
"I have done all that the reading advised me to do. I am
still alive but some weak. I was very glad indeed to get the
Reading so soon. I knew you had been sick & I waited as you
wrote that you were on the mend, and I appreciate your
working it in so soon & hope that you feel no ill effects of
it. When I get down like this it takes me months to get on
my feet again. I do not gain strength as most people do.
For everything works at sixes & sevens. Like a team of
horses that do not pull together and it is usually a case of
what little will power I have that gets me going. From my
waist down I am weak. My lower back, hips and thighs & I
feel like falling & that makes me nervous. Some old
roustabout can carry on in any old sinful way & get away with
it & enjoy good health. You and I without any bad habits
must be weaklings, now why? I cannot think of a thing except
wrong eating that could possibly bring me to this state. Of
course, I grieve a lot over something that can't be helped,
but we all get over hurts in some way or another. It always
hits me the hardest when I am sick. I lay here thinking of
it over and over again. For my heart acts up usually & I
think that is the cause of the blues. My family tells me I
haven't any heart. It must be something that takes the place
of one then, it gives me enough trouble. I have had all the
love taken out of me a long time ago. I am incapable of
loving. No heaven for me you say? No love, no heaven! I
fully realize the fact that I am not in Heaven. I could tell
a long story, but there is no one living who hasn't a story
they could tell. Everyone's life is a story if they knew how
to write it. I would like a check Reading Mr. Cayce, but I
am ashamed to ask for it, owing to your own condition. I am
about starved! I have had so little to eat the past few days
and that line up of food doesn't look so good without a
piece of bread & potatoes. I am too tired."
Regards to all, Mrs. [
