TEXT

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [464]; this we have had before.
3. As we find, there are those disturbing forces as we have indicated; while not so serious in the present as some we have had here.
4. We find that these would respond if there would be the adherence to the suggestions as may be indicated. For, while resistances are not so good as in some, these CAN be built up; but it requires patience, persistence, and the careful following of the applications suggested.
5. There are those disturbances STILL in the cerebrospinal system that PREVENT the best physical reaction in the locomotion; causing the body to get tired as well as cutting off energies. Hence with cold and congestion that has existed, there has been produced greater disturbances through the effect in the alimentary canal, from the effects of toxic poisons, - this being a lack of proper bodily eliminations that causes toxic conditions.
6. These toxic poisons are the conditions that upset the circulation, causing those conditions which arise in the heart area. Hence this condition of the abnormal blood pressure, and the sinking or fluttering heart spells are the EFFECTS of disturbances through the system.
7. We would have three or four colonic irrigations. Take these about a week to ten days apart; but have these done by an expert - owing to this abnormal condition in the pulsation; or by one whose business it is to give such, see? For, the mucus that has accumulated through the colon is the pressure that is responsible for a great deal of the condition in this direction.
8. Also we would have the Swedish massages. First we would take a very light sweat AND then twenty to thirty minutes of thorough massaging; using an equal combination of Olive Oil and Peanut Oil. This is food and stimulation to the superficial circulation, and will aid in producing a better superficial circulation, as well as aiding in the deep circulation.
9. Two, three to four times a week we would use at home the Electrically Driven Vibrator; which would necessarily be given by someone else in the home, you see. Do not give this merely as something just to be gotten through with, but slowly, persistently, for at least thirty-five to fifty minutes; along the cerebrospinal system, along the limbs, and especially over the area of the 9th dorsal and lumbar axis. Use the Cup Applicator. Afterwards give the body a hand massage using the equal combination of the Olive Oil and Peanut Oil.
10. Do not overtire the body too much.
11. After one or two of the colonic irrigations have been given, begin then (not before) with taking extra vitamins as may be found in ADIRON. This formula is in the correct proportions for this body. We would not take more than two pellets each day, one with the noon meal and one with the evening meal - taking it during the meal, you see.
12. In the diet, - be warned as to the certain foods known by the body to disagree - and these do not take. Those that are easily assimilated, yet that are body-building, are preferable.
13. Do these, and as we find we will make better conditions for the body.
14. Ready for questions.
15. Of course, - keep more of the optimistic attitude. Be not only good but good FOR something. For, as has oft been indicated for this body, many depend upon the advice, the counsel, yea the very goodness of this body.
16. (Q) Many anything be done to help eyes?
    (A) The building up of the general health. Owing to the nature of the disturbance with the unbalancing of the circulation, - that is, from the toxic condition in the body and its effect upon the liver and the heart circulation, - naturally the circulation to the organs of the sensory system is also affected.
    The treatments indicated, - the colonics, the massages, the vibratory will be beneficial to the vision. In the massage, it will be necessary that particular attention be shown the spinal system from the area between the shoulders to the base of the brain.
17. (Q) Please advise as to nerves, high blood pressure and intestinal trouble.
    (A) All of these have been covered in that indicated. For, all of these are results from this toxic condition which arises from pressures in the spinal system which have needed correction, and which have never been fully corrected. Then, when other disturbances arise - such as cold, congestion, overanxiety, anger, indigestion, - all of these then become problems to be taken care of in the system; so that they do leave the toxic poisons.
18. (Q) What is the toxic poisoning and what produces it?
    (A) As just given. The word toxic itself means poison, but poison is not always toxic!
    When there is the lack of eliminations of used energies, or of refuse or carbon as it might be called, or the ash of nerve and muscular forces still left in the system, it becomes toxic poison - or toxemia.
    Toxic poison, then, is that condition in alimentary canal, in liver, kidneys, throughout the circulation repressing the activities, - owing to the quantity of ash left from body refuse not eliminated.

5. 4/30/41 "You will be wondering how things turned out after the rdgs. I did not follow the suggestions altogether, so I can't tell you how it would have been. One cannot do these things alone and there is no one here to do it for me, so I have to get along without help. I put in a very tough winter and my nerves and heart have about finished me. If I get feeling a little better I get a shock and I am laid up again. One doesn't thrive on misery and unhappiness."

8. 6/23/41 "If I thought there was anything that would be suggested in a rdg. that would help me I would have one, but if it is only nerves I know there is no remedy for that except, as you say, 'Snap out of it', but my snapper is busted by the way I feel. I haven't recovered from that intestinal trouble I had last winter and my heart acts so bad at times that I am afraid to stave right ahead and snap out of it. I am in misery all the time with my head and eyes."
9. 7/07/41 "I hope you can help me out some. My head and eyes drive me frantic. It may be merely sympathetic, the actual cause in the stomach and intestines and nerves, and that is plenty. It seems I can't think of anything but myself and my miseries... In the last rdg. Adiron tablets were advised but I could not get them, as they are not made any more. I know I am all run down as well as nervous. I don't get any strength. So I would like another rdg. when it will be convenient for you to give it."
