When ready to retire this evening, take:
Two five-grain tablets of Aspirin,
20 drops of Syrup of Squill,
2 Zilatone tablets, and
A good jigger of Rye Whiskey.
Keep well covered up. If the body perspires freely, it is
well to sponge off - if the body awakes in the night - change
the clothing, and then keep wrapped up well.
And by morning we should feel entirely different, see?
Cold, congestion; and these tend to make all of those
disturbances become a part of the activity through the whole
of the hepatic circulation.
These as we find will make for corrective forces.
We are through with this Reading.
