9/16/68 Letter on letterhead of Chloro Guard Electronics,

Mr. Henry Ford II
Chairman of the Board

Dear Mr. Ford:
We are an R & D team which after four years of full time
labor have developed a revolutionary electrode by a process
which constitutes a major technological breakthrough in
metallurgy.
More particularly, the process relates to the bonding, of a
thin layer of a very costly metal having high chemical
stability to inexpensive heavier bodies of metal having less
stability against chemical attack, through the medium of
passing an electric current through the metals creating a
very high electrothermal intensity, allowing the combining of
the metals into an interlayer alloy.
Electrodes constructed in this fashion are virtually
indestructible and can operate in voltages unheard-of in
modern electrochemistry.
Just in the electrolysis of a light brine solution, with our
electrodes, we are producing a non-irritating disinfectant
that one Doctor using it in a 400 bed hospital in Vietnam
calls "Lourdes Water".
These electrodes are the key to a new generation of
electrochemistry, their use can cause great changes in
medicine and water pollution.
This process can lead to major developments in the search for
new power sources.
We seek your help in distributing this on a world basis.
Will you please help us?
Very truly yours,
Ross M. Gwynn, President
