(Physical Suggestion)

EC: Yes, we have the body, [480]; this we have had before.
As we find, save for the acute conditions that exist in the present, most conditions are very good with this body.
As we find the cold, the congestion as produced from excess acidity, over-indulgences and activities have brought the cold and congestion in head and little bit of temperature.
And then with the conditions in the lower portion of the abdominal area, or in the rectum, these make for quite disturbing conditions.
Where or when these become protruding, we would use first an ice pack, cap or the like against same; and then anoint or massage gently with Tim; taking the exercise that is especially for same; that is:
Gradually rising on the toes, extending the hands high above the head, slowly bend forward just as much as possible; dropping hands, gradually raising hands and rising on toes at the same time, repeat this several times.
For the cold and congestion we would use a combination of California Syrup of Figs and Fletcher's Castoria for the eliminations.
And have the deeper manipulations for the congestion through throat, head and neck.
The rest we would keep in order with those things that have been outlined, as to precautions for diet, activity and general eliminations.

(Q) There is a burning in the bladder area. What can be done for same?
(A) The eliminations as will be set up by the activities through the alimentary canal should relieve this. As we find this comes from those strains that have been indicated from indiscretions in activities.
(Q) Should the Ambergris or Jerusalem Artichokes be used?
(A) The Jerusalem Artichokes should be sufficient in the present.
(Q) Are conditions right for another pregnancy?
(A) After there is the removal of the cold and congestion, and the general activities of the system are restored - very well. In March or April.
(Q) There has appeared between the toes a crustiness. How can I help same?
(A) As we find, the use of the exercises as indicated - and this with only the stockings or very light slippers on, or the like - these will make a great deal of difference in the general circulation.
Local applications of any solutions with alcohol, or the pure grain alcohol - weakened - will remove the disturbance.
(Q) Was the trip south beneficial to the general condition?
(A) Very well, though it requires - of course - that greater precautions be taken under the extreme changes of the climatic reactions.
(Q) Why is there such a feeling of exhilaration when near the ocean?
(A) The general natural condition from creative forces and energies. Look within, as to the information which has been given respecting the application of self through the material planes, and we will find the reason. [See 480-1.]
(Q) Any special precautions to be taken against colds?
(A) Keep alkalized.
(Q) Is the work I am doing at the North End Clinic what was meant in previous readings? [480-43, 480-44, etc.]
(A) This is very well, though under the existent conditions in the present it is well that this be delayed for some time - until the acute conditions are met.
(Q) Any further suggestion or advice at this time?
(A) Keep in those manners that have been indicated, in the mental and the spiritual attitudes of the body.
