(Q) Any other advice that will be of help to the body at
this time?
(A) These are the conditions that we find in the present.
Take the precautions, and the natural reaction will be toward
betterment. Do not attempt to smother the condition or give
way to the feeling that it is there, but a normal reaction is
necessary; that is, normal exercise. The awareness of the
weakened condition should only make for the proper
precaution. But live or act in a normal manner, and being in
the better physical forces or conditions will naturally make
for the gradual improvement.
It is necessary that this be replaced, you see - the
inflammation on the bone structure itself.
Inflammation on the cuticle requires from three to six weeks;
about seven times as long on the bone structure.
That is all the questions regarding this body.
