(Q) Should I use Zilatone tablets regularly; if so, give
directions?
(A) These had preferably be used when they are needed for
the body. This will depend, of course, upon the activities
of the body and upon the general eliminations. Zilatone is
an active force with the liver, pancreas and spleen, and aids
in the digestive forces - provided quantities of water are
taken at the time.
As we find, the best use for these would be to take two in
the evening before retiring, WHEN needed.
(Q) What causes continuous distress in the abdomen and
swelling?
(A) The continuous tendency for the adherence of tissue that
has been inflamed by the strains upon same, as we have just
indicated. Hence the necessity for the treatments and the
manipulative measures, as well as the Packs with same.
(Q) Do I have any lymph tumors now?
(A) Tendency for a swelling at times in the lymph, but no
segregations into tumorous natures at present.
(Q) Are the lesions and adhesions gone?
(A) If they were entirely gone we wouldn't have the pain!
(Q) Do I have proper eliminations?
(A) There should be at least an evacuation each day. Do
not depend upon cathartics, but change the diet and use the
eliminants and the gentle dilation with the colon tubes -
these are helpful.
(Q) When should I be able to go to the Doctor's office?
(A) In the next six to ten days.
(Q) Does the environment have anything to do with my
condition?
(A) The environment makes often for activities. Hence one
may revert to another. But keeping a proper mental attitude
towards self, its surroundings and environments may be made
in the mental self as much as in the physical.
(Q) Would it be advisable to sit up some?
(A) And walk some also.
(Q) Any further advice?
(A) These we would do in the present.
We are through with this reading.
