TEXT

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here.
2. As we find, there are real improvements throughout the general system.
3. Hence the rest period from manipulations as well as the Appliance would be well at the present.
4. At least twice or three times a week we would still drink the orange juice with the lemon or lime; or the grapefruit juice. These are preferable just before retiring. Or make them altogether the meal in the morning, with whole wheat toast and coffee WITHOUT cream or milk.
5. Ready for questions.
6. (Q) Should I continue the Glyco-Thymoline douches?
   (A) These are well whenever there is any irritation.
7. (Q) May I have an affirmation for meditation at this time that will be of help in every way?
   (A) FATHER, WHO ART IN HEAVEN! HALLOWED BE THY NAME. IN THY CARE AND THY PROMISES, THROUGH THE CHRIST, WE SEEK TO APPROACH THE THRONE OF MERCY AND GRACE. PARDON THOU MY SHORTCOMINGS, AND USE MY MIND, MY BODY, MY LIFE, IN SUCH A WAY AND MANNER THAT IT MAY INDUCE OTHERS TO GLORIFY THE CHRIST, OUR LORD, OUR BROTHER, NOW.
8. We are through with this Reading.
