This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his home on Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 15th day of September, 1939, in accordance with request made by the self - Mrs. [538], Active Member of the Ass'n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc.

TEXT

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here.
2. Now as we find, there have been some improvements in the general physical conditions.
3. As we find, for the condition of head, face and eyes, we should have those applications first of at least three or four osteopathic manipulations; then an OCULIST, as a treatment for the right eye.
4. THEN the adjustment in the glasses.
5. As for those conditions as we find from the abrasions, or the humor that is experienced, - keep to those of the alkalinities, - not too much, but sufficient to keep balanced. Test same with litmus paper, both as to spittle and as to urine.
6. Use Resinal as an ointment at least three times a week. Other times use the D.D.D. Cream.
7. DO NOT bathe those portions TOO often. This tends to produce irritation. Not that the body would become dirty or the like, but use a cloth over the affected portions, see, and thus keep the ointments as well as all applications from causing too much of disturbance.
8. These as we find should bring the better forces for the body.
9. Ready for questions.
10. (Q) Should I continue with the Bismuth and Magnesia as has been taken? [538-55]
    (A) This is very well, PROVIDED there is still kept up the Sulphur with the other ingredients as have been taken.
11. (Q) How often should the Sulphur compound be taken, and what dosage? [See 538-8.]
    (A) As given, and take at least three or four times each week.
12. (Q) A teaspoonful at a dose?
    (A) Teaspoonful, - if you desire, take a tablespoonful! Teaspoonful should be sufficient.
13. (Q) Should I continue with the Eno Salts each morning?
    (A) Continue when necessary, yes.
14. (Q) Should I take the Ironized [ionized?] Yeast as suggested? [538-54]
    (A) Should take - take - take and take! Better do something to build up than to take so much!
    Let the tests be from those very things as indicated, see? Test for acidity, see? Then change the diet according to the needs of same! Getting too close to the alkalinity, which is - as oft indicated - much worse than acid!
